Do yourself a favour, shop at the stock feed places instead.
Purchased grain from Planet, full of pests.
After three trips in the same amount of days to get one product from them, to keep getting told they have not unpacked the product.
And they wonder why people shop online or out of town.

Has lots of pets needs and accessories. The crickets I purchased were very expensive and the containers didn't contain many insects. Other suppliers tubs purchased had many more insects inside.
Was an emergency run as forgot to order from my normal supplier last week. Unfortunately insects are only available from this pet store. The nearest alternative location to purchase live insects is in Northam or Perth. Why I choose to order them through a supplier.

Excellent range of products for all types of animals, from fish and birds to cats and dogs, staff know what they are talking about and are very helpful and friendly, great prices too!

I had a fantastic experience today! I went into the pet store to try and find a product which would help my old dog with her arthritis. I was served by a young boy who was very educated on all the products and gave fabulous customer service. He made my day and sold me a oil which catered to all my dogs needs! I will be returning. Thank you to the amazing team at Planet Pet!

They have an okay variety of items for different pets, however all the times we've been in the fish have been in quarantine. There was even a couple of dead fish in the bottom of the tanks. The fish (and other animals in there, for that matter) just look so sad, I'm not sure how they've managed to keep their license to sell animals. It's great if you only want to buy some goldfish. Everything else though? It's better to just drive down to Perth

Rather expensive items. A lot of dead fish in the tanks plus the finches did not look very healthy. My daughter sells her rabbits to the store so if anyone wants pet rabbits at a cheaper price don't hesitate to send me a message.

Waited for a long time to be served at the counter. A queue built up before someone came to serve.
They were out of the product I was after.

Awesome place to visit whilst i was in town, they had everything i needed and the young man who served me was so nice, he gave me some info on local tourist attractions to visit while in town, best pet shop i have been too!

Little bit pricey and fish are sometimes sick and in quarantine or on hold but overall there a good pet shop with everything that you need

Great range. I bought a hide for my snake, plenty in stock in a range of sizes. Also frozen foods (or mice for my snake) were restocked, chocka-block in fact!

It's a wonderful store, lots of different animals to choose from and look at, the staff are friendly, happy and helpful.

Great place but needs better customer service and to be on the ball instead of talking and need to take more care in the aquatics section as there asre always dead or sick fish/snails

They have everything you need but i find that because they are the only pet store in Kalgoorlie their prices are quite high on some items. Love how they are open 7 days.

Store has a good range of products, all cats and dogs are, to my knowledge, rescues and I believe the store supports Oscars Law.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.

OM goodness I went into the shop at the weekend and what a disappointment it used to be well stocked and clean I used to love going.in there I was looking for a light fitting for our fish tank was told it would be in this week went in today and asked the young lady were they in she replies no I asked When will you be receiving them and to my surprise she replied how would I know the transport company brings them when they feel like it I was speechless all i could reply is oh then she said it could take 3 to 4 weeks doesn't know. I walked out shaking my head in utter amazement thats a good way to get customers. My thought was maybe picking up the phone and asking when are we going to receive our stock or find another supplier. So good old internet I will buy my stuff there.
