I just had my Honda Goldwing GL1800 2010 model serviced at Planet Honda. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated their quick call back to my initial contact for help.
They put me at ease about the process and serviced my bike so it runs like new. This was a full 48 K service and a new front tyre. The day of the service was extremely hot and I did not expect the service to be done in the same day, however, a dedicated mechanic opted to stay at work and complete most of the service so I could get my bike back the next day. This is great customer service. The bike was back looking and sounding like new, the next day by lunchtime. A great effort by all concerned.
Great service communication, high standards and very fair pricing considering the requirements of such a complicated machine. I will be using their services again for all my motorcycle needs.

Dan Lawton was excellent in organising the service on my CRF 250 RX Honda motorbike. He took note of the few issues that needed fixing and found other minor problems that needed attending to.
I was very happy with the service and now happy with using it to its full potential.

11/10 Planet Honda Jandakot simply put is just truly amazing! A special thanks to Dan from the service department for helping me get my bike back on the road after a flat (Aprilia, not Honda) and got me in and sorted the same day.on top of it being the school holidays and on a Friday, I really couldn't have asked for a better result!

Just bought a new bike from Andy really surprised me that he didn't have a customer is always WRONG attitude, also he didn't wonder why I didn't know the intricacy of lease agreements of retail bike shops and demo bikes (just a joke from previous experiences at bike shops). I wouldn't write up a review normally unless I highly recommend this retailer for service and attitude.

Talked about how i wanted a helmet for my new road bike and only noticed a week latter that the one i was sold was not up to Australia standards

Walked in to planet honda to buy a new bike for my son and the girl at the counter didnt even bother to wish. The salesman didnt even acknowledge our presence. Terrible customer service and guess who is not getting our money?

A number of people have been waiting for their pre-ordered CRF300L and rally since May 2021. The delivery dates kept getting postponed. Please "confirm" the next delivery date. Are they coming from the port in the eastern state or thru Fremantle port?
