Well being a vegetarian we love their pizzas. They make it with perfect sauce and lots of toppings

Impressed how fast this place has gone down hill. Ordered delivery online, took an hour to arrive; 30 mins after the tracking app closed, so had no idea where the driver was. Driver apologized on arrival, saying he was sent to the wrong address. Pizza arrived cold and soggy. Managed to burn the garlic bread and still have cheese that hadn't melted. Guessing the wait was to blame for the interesting taste - straight to the bin. So disappointing

Regularly ordered pizza from this store.
Why giving the review is bcoz of only one reason that what we requested to put on pizza, staff always miss the toppings.

Person who answered phone had an accent that was extremely difficult to understand. Extremely high rise of price for both delivery and
Pick up service. Was only able to order a delivery of a pepperoni pizza last time I ordered as other standard pizzas on menu were at least $5 extra? Thank goodness for good ol' Pizza Hut!

Ordered pizzas that arrived as the complete wrong order, got told to go in store to resolve the issue, upon arrival i displayed my receipt and the incorrect order, they then said to me that its not there fault its the drivers fault even though they wouldve given the driver the pizzas? They told me they couldnt do anything about it and sent us on our way, great to see how this place has gone down hill in the last couple months

Ordered online requested delivery was waiting a while, found by neighbor's on the ground next to mailbox. Never ever experienced this before. Very poor.

Ordered a 3 pizza 3 sides plus the doughnuts and 3x6 pkts chicken wings.quite pleased no missing items and arrived hot

I ordered 6 items on March 4 for my daughters birthday, a doordash lady arrived to my place. She immediately told me two items were missing, and mentioned that she was trying to get the other 2 items listed on the receipt. According to her the staff at this Pizza Hut Tuart Hill branch that she talked to was so RUDE and didn't provide the missing items. I keep calling their hotline for 2 days but no one is available to talk to me. Until now I haven't received those 2 missing items or refunded my money back. This is really bad customer service, no wonder why this branch had a lot of complaints from their customers! This company should do something about those RUDE staff!

Ordered pizza with stuffed crust but cant see any cheese on it and spicy boneless but its not spicy at all. Tasteless food. Garlic prawn was plain.

Very disappointed with the way my order was handled.
Apart from delivering the order almost 40min late, the staff at Pizza Hut Tuart Hill kept hanging on me every time I was calling them.
Very unprofessional!
This will be the last time I'll be ordering pizza from here.

Mostly get delicious pizzas and great service.
But unfortunately today wasn't that day. I orded two large Hot & Spicy Veggie pizzas.toppings were a joke and spread very poorly and didn't taste well and some of the slices only had onion on them some how and nothing else on them.
Tried to call the store twice but no one asnwering.

What a horrible.didnt even gave the pizza afrer 1 hour wait said will refund your order.never ever go here

I had the wrong delivery given to me, and when I went to the store to have the situation rectified, the workers told me they couldn’t do anything. Also had someone else come in who got the wrong order at the same time, and they apparently remade theirs when I went back a few minutes later.

I wish I could rate 0 tasteless pizza we ordered creamy chicken for my regret hardly found any chicken pieces.will never go back

Exceptional customer service, great pizza.
Ordered 2 large pizzas and come home and found an issue with one of them.
The store rep was shocked, apologised, and offered a replacement order. It was good to be instantly taken seriously and offered a solution.

Garlic prawn pizza was fantastic. Hawaiian was good but more sauce would make it perfect.

We’ll be back.

Best vegetarian pizza I have ever had. I usually go on Tuesdays as they have Two for One deal that day and I've never been disappointed with their food and service. Top places.

Lost our order. Impossible to call the store direct. After 30 minson hold to call centre, they gave us a phone number that just goes to full mailbox and hangs up. After an hour after expected delivery went down to store to be told it was lost. Previous experience has been poor quality. Don't waste your time

I’ve ordered a medium size pizza with bacon, sausages, olives, they gave me a pizza with onion and no bacon just now!

Great taste, well presented and reasonably priced pizzas with quick delivery. Ordered pizzas from my local store after few years and very impressed with the quality, taste and service. Keep it up.

The Butchers Block pizza i got had rotten ham. Spat out half of the 3 slices i picked up before throwing it away, i could even taste it in the oil.
