Pizza Hut Kwinana

Did an order through Menu log to be delivered. One pizza was missing. Ring Pizza Hut Kwinana multiple times with no answer and left multiple messages. Not happy especially since I paid for 6 pizza’s and only got 5 but also for the fact I could not contact the restaurant.

As good as any Pizza you'll buy anywhere but they need to pay attention to stuff like this, I was not happy when I opened the box last time

Even one star is too high. Extremely disappointed in the service. We were missing part of our takeaway order and couldn’t get hold of them on the phone, so my son-in-law had to drive all the way back to the store - no compensation offered for their stuff up. They didn’t seem to care. Extremely frustrating to not be able to contact them and not be able to enjoy hot pizzas together.

My favourite pizza in the world. Wouldn't go to any other pizza hut either. All the staff here are lovely, and I get the feel of it being a family owned business. Only place in Kwinana I will go for pizza.

I always love to order my pizza's here. They tastes good everytime. But tonight I ordered a pizza and some chips. The pizza is good but the chips went straight into the bin. My daughter always like to have chips, even she didn't like to eat it. Otherwise everything is good.

Very disappointed with the service - 2nd go at ordering for a particular time, 1st time pizza was 40mins late, this time it was 1hr 12mins late. Called up to find out where the order was and got only that 'they are sorry and maybe we could have something extra next order' - Maybe! The very least they could do would be to advise people that their order is going to be late and throw in a free drink or something with the order! But no customer service is apparently dead.

Absolutely delicious pizza every single time. The vegan pizzas are the best out of any big name pizza store you stumble across.
Staff are nice n chill and the storefront was super clean and tidy.

Myself and kids enjoy eating Pizza Hut since Moved to Kwinana. Their staffs are very great, respectful and cooking a better pizza than other around. Pizza Hut tasted nice.

Paid out $48 for pizza tonight only to get it home and it was disgusting overcooked dry hardly any topping which left 2inches of crust all round the edge will never go back they should be ashamed serving this up and charging top dollar absolutely terrible

The girl at the till didn't seem too happy (it looked like she didn't want to work at all). Chef came and said that he came late because traffic was bad Had to wait for one hour. I wish I'd read the reviews before going there. I think this is a constructive review so they can reflect on it and try to improve. We're all humans. I get that ‍️

Ordered for pick up.a garlic bread to go with my dinner at home. I waited half an hour, 20 of that in store for a garlic bread, they asked if I ordered to dominos after I showed the receipt twice and then after I paid at the counter half an hour later, I wasn’t give my drink and when I asked they asked multiple times if I paid for my drink even when I said yes. Worst experience and my dinner was cold by the end of it. Second time here this month and exact same service. I’ve always worked in hospitality and fast food service so I can understand to an extent but this was ridiculous.

Haven't used it lately (don't eat much pizza now), but they are friendly and helpful. Great tasty food.

Order was late and driver didnt bring drink with order

Something went wrong when it came to the online ordering system and when I went in to collect my order, that's when we found out.
I was stressing so much and was almost in tears, but they handled it well immediately. Plus, as usual, the food was great:)

Communication is terrible, when they eventually answer phone. Pizza is absolutely horrid my dog won’t even eat it. Don’t bother.

Apparently it takes 30 minutes (according to their site) for an order to be delivered. Now, I understand some times you can get very busy so there are delays, more than understandable. However, when I call asking for the status of my order and I'm told 2-3 minutes, this doesn't mean I should still be waiting 20 minutes on. All in all I placed an order well over an hour ago and I'm still waiting. Shan't be back!

Worst experience ever. If you order from this store, be prepared to wait for 2 hours for your order. The website doesn’t update either, and the drivers are nowhere to be found after a certain point. Never ever going to order from here again. Really really bad!
