Worst customer service ever at the Harvest Lakes Location.
I went in and stood there waiting for the person who saw me to greet me, but he ignored me and continued doing what he was doing.
The other guy was no better, after asking for assistance he came to the counter and looked at me and said yehhhh! NO hello nothing

I don’t even want to give one star to this pizza shop but i have to because of the review procedures and staff is totally unprofessional and customer service is too bad. They guys have no idea how to talk? Taking too long time for the small order just staying near the cut table and makeline doing nothing.
Staff is not not wearing the hair net on the makeline.

Absolutely terrible but great at the same time. Terrible quality, but definitely all you need for a greasy hungover feed.
Vegan options are awesome and cheap.

We've had pizza here quite a few times and everytime it's been very yummy. Its our regular pizza place now.

Pizza wasn't bad but my 6 year old found a very sharp piece of ham bone in the ham lovers pizza and you can't even call to let the store know. If you call pizza hut phone number it doesn't recognize Harvest Lakes store only tries to connect you to South Lake or Kwinana.

Very good margarita pizzas, perfecto dough is amazing for fast food. The rest of the menu I give a standard rating.

Pizza crust is great. Toppings could do with a but more care. Apparently this is a super supreme. Barely any capsicum mushrooms and olives on it. Edit: found them underneath the cheese. Bit weird. Tastes good overall tho.

Friendly service. Not bad at all. I did think they they would serve my boneless chicken pieces with the Peri Peri sauce in a separate container. It was eaten by two people, one of which didn't want sauce and it was all over it making the batter soggy.

Ordered online at 6pm to pick up at 6: 45pm
Get to the store at 6: 50pm and was told it wasn't ready and had to wait 10min.
The lady at the counter couldnt speak English properly so i couldn't get my point across that it was preordered for 6: 45 pick up. All she said was in sorry, we are busy.wow ok!

There was 5 other people that walked in behind me that were told the same thing.
Also a couple who has told me they have been waiting 40min.
In the 15 extra minutes I have been waiting, there isn't a lot of pizzas coming out of the oven so to say they are busy is a little white lie.
Watching the 2 staff on shift working, seemed to me that they don't have the experience needed to run a pizza shop.

And to top it off, after all this my pizza would have to be the worst of ever eaten. It was bland, doughy base and they seemed to have skimped on the toppings this time.

I recommend to try elsewhere.

I think I'll stick to either my homemade or wood fired pizza.

Don't like the 'quality' of the sauce or the cheese used. Domino's produce a much better pizza with my crust options available.

The service at Pizza Hut harvest lakes is so bad, if I could give them a zero I would. This has happened a couple of times now.the online system is a joke! We ordered a pizza tonight and it came without cheese. I didn’t order s pizza without cheese, so we brought it back but instead of offering us a little cheese they searched for the receipt to prove I was wrong. They do not care about their customers. They care about only one thing. They are a bunch of scums. (All of them) They’re all about money that breed it’s a fkn joke.

Buffalo sauce for the wings tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar. Pepperoni was low quality. Pizza (particularly the base) was cooked well though for takeaway pizza chain pizza.

Fast service. Friendly staffs. Pizzas look and tastes frshlynout of the oven and no burnt marks

Over priced, Sundays & holidays surcharge.
Foods aren't that exceptional. Service very basic with no Smile! Definitely could be better.

Just had a pizza delivered, absolutely revolting, couldn't understand a word they were saying I suggest they stick to cooking chinese food cause they can't cook pizza for s#*t

Worst customer service ever. The young girl was not interested in helping me and selling pizza.

If I can give negative star I will give negative 5 out of 5. I bought pizza today spent $22 for one pizza test like rotten potato just through in bin, when I inform staff they don’t understand anything and just hang up, never go there again and never let go my friends

My parents went there to have lunch today. They shared a large pan pizza between themselves. They wanted to pack the remainder so they asked the staff for a take away paper bag. They already have a paper bag that came with the garlic bread but it got wet during their meal. That's why she asked for another one to pack the remaining food. The plump staff there was actually reaching for a bag but one of the female staff actually signalled to the plump staff not to give them one. They even had the cheek to say they don't have paper bags. They obviously had one with the garlic bread. You can't even spare a paper bag for your customers. Not even asking for a plastic bag. Ridiculous.

Third time I have odered pizza with extra mushroom and not received. This time a paid for 2 x extra mushroom and ended up with basically a slice of mushroom per slice of pizza. Got more on the supreme pizza at no additional cost. Very dissapointed.
