Pizza Hut Clarkson

Ordered pizza on Christmas day.an got a surcharge 7.95 on top of my order then I wanted to add a cookie to that order then I get charged another 7.95 on top okay that cool I get my pizza an I have a look at the topping 3 out of 3 meats on each slice of the pizza an I ordered extra meat so I don't know why the have the option.

Ordered a cookie pizza through delivery from here, only got half of the cookie.rang the store to sort it out and they said it wasn’t their problem and to call uber eats.so i did and they blamed the store and it went back and forth.in the end i did not get my other half, horrible costumer service and don’t know how to deal with messed up orders.

Don't waste time and money. Very poor taste and staff was very rude. Don't go to this place.

Worst experience ever from pizza hut service and food quality, gave me cold pizza and when i asked to give me fresh pizza, the staff member started arguing with me, I recommend everyone not to visit this shop to get insulted from staff.

Never going again. If you go there it means you have alot time and money to waste. Stay hungry instead of going to this place.

Half an hour late. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I guess thats what you get from a franchise.

Delivery is always super quick and met by someone really friendly. The pizza is always hot on arrival and yummy. Can’t fault them anytime we order. Thanks heaps guys!

We've been regular customer's of Pizza Hut, Clarkson for many, many years. Our son even worked for them for a while. But then the business changed hands and the management hired family/friends and laid of the former workers (that probably tells you all you need to know about the management and owners). But this is when things started to go downhill. As of last night, we'll be finding another regular pizza restaurant. 75 minutes for two average pizzas to be delivered. A call to the restaurant produced only excuses and no apology or desire to make things right. Not good enough. Good bye.

If I could give 0 I would. The customer service was absolutely awful. We ordered three vegetarian pizzas and received a non vegetarian pizza. When we tried requesting a refund as we had been on hold for over 45 mins to get through to the store and the guy answering cut the phone on us, was yelling that he couldn’t give a refund etc. He did not let us finish explaining the issue and continued shouting. We tried calling twice more and he refused to answer. Awful customer service, terrible and appealing. Will never be ordering from here again.

Charge me a Sunday $5 extra rate even though its still saturday, no delivery and been waiting 2 hours! Got a $42 bill on my credit card and kids gone to bed hungry, doing a maccers run and some angry phone calls tomoz! Never again an need my money back!

Food overall was okay not cut properly, and then we opened desert pizza and then we pulled out 3 hairs from the pizza

I ordered the pizza only for them to come too early rather than the time we chose.
I rung the store only for them to say it's my own fault for not being there when we clearly chose the time.then being told to just come pick it up in a rude matter when I chose delivery.
It was very rude customer service which could very much make me not want to order from them again.

Ye pretty decent but other pizza huts seem better, even Rowan at subway knows they are useless. I mean you get ya food fast as in the market at the moment Domino's cheaper and nicer. However this could just be this store. Either way nice and clean but hmmm ye wouldnt recommend it.

Not very good pizza, s they are sloppy and have no taste not at all to my liking I drop in only if lazy and need something quick. Bases are no way crispy at all. Toppings lacking flavour. Chips undercooked and luke warm and no way crispy

To say I feel disgusted and let down by Pizza Hut Clarkson would be an understatement.
The way I was treated and spoken to was disgraceful.
I ordered the pizza online $14.95, I clicked delivery which added on an additional $5.
The shop called me to say my pizza is ready to pick up. I explained I’d ordered delivery.
He said “we don’t just deliver 1 pizza! ”

I explained very patiently and calmly after waiting for 40 minutes that it didn’t explain this online and aloud me to order delivery for the additional $5.
He said “come pick it up”, I explained I couldn’t that’s why I ordered delivery so he said “don’t worry about it, I’ll throw your pizza in the bin” and put the phone down.

I’m now still no further forward, no pizza, blown away with the huge disrespect and lack of basic care and customer service shown from this business.

Placed an order, realised as I paid it was the wrong address, rang the store immediately, the refused to cancel my order saying it was already in the oven, it was less than 30 seconds from placing the order. Not the first time I've had problems with store, but it's the final straw

Always get wrong order, wings quality gone bad to worst. Even after complaint nothing improved. Cheesy spud bites wasn’t cooked properly either

I'm really surprised how great the food here is. The cheese actually covers the pizza properly. It's much better than the local Dominos where they really skimp on ingredients. I enjoyed the pizzas so much that I had to ban myself because I had too many!

Just got a few pizzas from these guys, absolutely fantastic. Menu hack, change the sauce on the Chicken Supreme to BBQ.
This is a pizza id expect to pay $20 odd dollars for. Super satisfied. Thanks a lot guys. Will be back for sure. Next cheat meal for sure.
