Lady front counter byford so rude unhelpful and no customer service
Went elsewhere because didnt want to spend money there as she was blatantly so unhelpful and said u cant have special because i wanted half and half pizza said i hve to buy it separately and pay heaps

Overly average takeaway pizza. Ordered a ‘Thin & Crispy’ and a ‘Classic Pan’ pizza. The Thin & Crispy was the depth of a normal crust pizza and the base on the classic pan was about an inch high (not sure if the venue was getting rid of their extra dough but it was inedible). Never experienced this phenomenon with the other franchisees. Shop front was also a little grimey/off-putting to see where your food was being made.

Have now had Pizza Hut half a dozen times since converting from Dominos. Wow 10x better. Always fresh. Always on time and always the correct order. Just bang on!

Ordered a delivery which arrived in a swiftly time. Pizza was warm and fresh, ready to feed the kids. They loved their meatlovers pizza and garlic bread. Was delivered by a dashing young man by the name of William. Very polite and well mannered young man who made sure my order was spot on. Husband complimented his very nice white toyota corolla. Hope to see Will again soon. Overall very pleased with my order

Waited 3hours and 26minutes for our delivery.
Phoned after 1hour and was rudely told that it was 20minutes away.
Phoned at the 2hour mark and the call was put through to main management who then put us through to a completely random wrong number!
Phoned at the 2.5hour mark and it rang out.
Absolutely terrible customer service and communication.

I ordered dinner from pizza hut Byford tonight and by my own error had clicked pick up instead of delivery. They phoned me after the food being ready in store for 1hr to which I requested fresh pizzas and was told no on the phone. When I went down to the store and spoke to the manager he was accommodating and made the fresh pizzas as well as got the door for me on the way out. It's was much appreciated as it was clearly human error!

Have had good pizza from here but they struggle with delivery. On busy nights the wait can be really long. We ordered pizzas for a party at 8.30pm and advised 65min wait.ok dealt with that, but didn't arrive by 10pm so tried ringing the store.after half an hour on hold the phone connected and was then abruptly cut off. Couldn't cancel it, never got any communication one way or the other. Order tracking was unavailable. They have all the contact information and couldn't get in touch to advise status or delay.

Eventually ordered Mc Donald's via uber eats to feed the party and it arrived in 15 minutes.

Oh.the pizza turned up just before 11pm.wish me luck getting a refund.

Well we ordered our pizza from byford WA. We were told they would be delivered 7.21pm. I phoned the store at 7.40pm as still no pizza, I was told they were on there way and that they were busy. Still no pizza at 7.55pm and on the phone they were still telling me pizza on its way. We asked to speak to the manager he said it’s on its way we are actually 15 minutes from the store so unsure where the pizza was coming from, as kept getting told 15 mins away. We asked for a discount as by this time we are still waiting now nearly 1 hour and all the manager offered was a lousy $3 off, I told him that was disgusting. This experience tonight has put me off from ordering from you again.

Would give a 0 if I could, placed delivery order, wait time was 50mins, called the store after an hour as app said it was still being made, no one answered and it went through to the head office, they tried calling and no answer, they sent them a message to call me asap, 20 mins later heard nothing so called again, no answer, throigh to head office who again said they would send a message, told them to cancel my order which apparently they can't do only the store can, store won't answer so after waiting 1 hour 40 mins went down to the store for a refund, asked at the store why they don't answer the phone and was told there are 2 staff and we are busy so we don't answer! Poor service by all involved, got our refund but what a joke that we had to go to the store to cancel and get our money.

3 hours of waiting and after calling them was told "5 minutes away" only to wait an hour and still get nothing. Don't bother getting anything delivered by them. Better options down the road.

Can't fault them. Pizza always delicious and made with care. Far better than our local Dominos.

Yummy pizza, the margarita had no salt but i guess thats how people like it.i prefer with
a bit of salt, the spicy chicken was awesome, will be back.

The boy serving was friendly and limited chairs and table.

This store converted us to Pizza Hut.we are regular customers and haven’t had a bad experience since using them for the past year. It’s obvious a lot of care is taken in preparing their pizzas; always perfectly presented, delivered on time by friendly staff and taste great! Keep up the good work:)

False advertising. Ordered a "large share lasagne" based on the photos for $20. Got 2 small square boxes that is probably enough for 2 pax max. Nothing like the photos at all. Better off going to iga and buy their lasagne for the same price but lasts twice as many meals for 2 pax.

They make the fattest, largest pizzas known to man.couldnt eat one all by myself.ordered online and picked up myself.time between order and delivery was circa 15 minutes which is great.the guy in there was very friendly.its just their pizzas dont have as many toppings and more customised toppings cost way too much, plus it doesnt give me the option to remove the cheese.but good pizza nonetheless!

Celebrated Daughters 18TH Last night and had two deliveries - From the order to delivery the staff were fantastic. Food arrived on time as planned. The pizza's were all served hot and enjoyed by all. Highly recommended!

Had 2 pizzas and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Very fresh and nicely cooked. Loved the test and the service. Keep it up guys.

Been a long time since we had pizza hut. Lots of toppings but could have been cooked longer soso flavor, oh and the extra charges for public holiday suxs

I asked for a good pizza with plenty on it and he did just that and excelled with the best I've ever seen or eaten
