Pizza Hut Armadale

I was dissatisfied with my last order from you guys you usually make a nice pizza, and I have been ordering pizzas from you guys a lot lately but I was very disappointed w ith the lack of jalapenos and extra pepperoni, I asked for on one of my pizzas, it wasn't up to scratch, so unfortunately I'm taking my business elsewhere for a while

They got the order completely wrong. Bad show guys. $85 order, and no care was taken to get it right.
Very disappointing

Disgusting management skills as swearing at customers and not supplying a refund. Pizza was not made properly but manager/owner blamed customer. Police involved as manager got violent towards customer and got right up in his face. Customer had to push manager as he got up close to his wife and now customer is being charged.
This manager should not be in customer service. Consumer protection WA will be notified and pizza hut head office.

To all customers make sure you don't have a bad pizza as manager/owner doesn't like to admit he's wrong.

Food is fine but customer service is lacking. Stood in line for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement despite waking past the counter so many times.

I appreciate that it's busy prepping and all but the staff needs to be trained on basic customer service.

First time having pizza hut and it did not disappoint! Store is clean, friendly service and pizzas are hot and tasty.

Clean and tidy store. Friendly staff. Got my son a individual size Hawaiian pizza with the Ninja Turtles mutagen ranch on top. He loved it.

Can be a hit and miss sometimes, last time we had pizza, toppings were amazing, bit just like dominos lack size, box has too much space in it meaning the pizzas have shrunk.only thing I will had a major issue with was the "share" size of pasta we ordered, it was just 2 regular sizes nothing like the picture and wasn't very tasty. At least 3 stars for the pizza but 1 star for the pasta

The gluten free base taste like it's a frozen pizza base, it used to be a great base, now it's horrible

Went and picked up two pizzas last week, watched a guy making pizzas, rubbed his gloved hand across his sweaty brow, then continued to make pizzas.
Won’t be going back.

I ordered a Bolognese to share on uber eats which cost $30 and looked in the picture easy to share with 2-3 people however when I received the item the meal s came in two small snack size trays completely opposite to what they advertise. We called Pizza hut demanding a refund due to false advertisement and they didn't take complaint further, in their words they couldn't do anything about it. If you read this id highly suggest you go to Coles or woolies as you would get more money for your buck and taste way better than their canteen Bolognese.

Best pizza. There is a waiter Francis who has a very good service attitude. Every time I look for him, he will give me special. Love it.

Last Tuesday (02/06/2020) I ordered couple of pizzas. The order was submitted online roughly about 11.00am with a pick up time of 2.00pm. When I reached at the shop after 2.00 pm to pick my order, the store guy was completely unaware of my order. Then I showed him my online order details and cash payment details. After that he went inside the store and spoke to one other guy and found that the pizzas are prepared and didn’t cooked. So he put them in the oven and I waited there until it is cooked. I got my pizzas at about 2: 20pm. NO REGRETS, no apologies from their side.

Giving you a minus star, Bought 3 pizzas tonight worst ive every had next to no toppings over cooked no flavor, id rather buy coles frozen pizzas than order from you again

I used to use Dominos Armadale, but after their pathetic performances over the years I won't be going back.

Staff aren't very friendly and a "large" pizza from the value range isn't very large at all.

Best bought pizza I've had in a while (you are dead to me Dominos!) and the staff are absolute gentlemen. Top job guys, thank you
