Our family had a 3 & 3 deal/combo vegetarian pizzas garlic bread and jalapeno Poppers. Delicious.

Great service every time. The jalapeno cheese dip is awesome and the pizzas have the best crust, nice and fluffy, not hard af like the Domino's pizzas.

Fantastic service and prompt delivery late on a Friday night. Pizzas were absolutely delicious. Shika was so friendly. Definitely will be having once a week

Food was cold and rubber like, dough was hard. Not cooked properly and was very unsatisfied.

The pizza bases are very thick compared to domino’s

The chicken which we thought was going to be Korean chicken style were just some basic wings and some sauce. We had one each and chucking the other 10 wings in the bin.

The cheese dip was disappointing neither of us liked it.

The place is small, but it has a couple of tables if you want to dine in. The sides are good, the pizzas are great and the customer service is great, very polite and friendly, definitely recommend.

Wouldn't let me do a online order for delivery.so ordered from dominoes.very disappointed.try to order local all the time and would love to be a customer of local pizza hut in albany but cannot use website pages to make delivery orders.

Frankly one of the best pizza hut pizzas ive had in a while. Fresh ingredients, hot and crispy on delivery. They were a bit under staffed and gave me a call to let me know my delivery would be a bit late. Thats good customer service in my book.

Tried to make a phone order, only to receive the run around being passed to two different people and having to repeat my name and address even before they took my order. The owner sounds very uninterested in talking to anyone. I wont bother with them anymore. I've lost my patience, and they lost my patronage.

My partner shout me a pizza 2 pieces half empty of ingredients.added mushrooms and jalapeños no where to be seen. Plus the cheese was. Burnt. Sorry but pizza I have ever had. Don’t recommend Pizza Hut Albany

THE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE DEALTH WITH WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS SO IF THEY ORDER SOMETHING FROM YOU BE SURE THAT THEY WILL TAKE OVER 1 YEAR TO PAY AND BASICALLY STEAL YOUR GOODS!

Ordered the 3 + 3 deal. Pizzas were hot. Lots of cheese. Delivery guy really nice. Very happy thank you. Beats dominos hands down.

Bought a 4 for 4 pizza deal and most of the pizzas looked like this, burnt! Plus the BBQ chicken wings had hardly any sauce compared to the website. Lift your bloody game pizza hut. Your standards are terrible. Never again.

Just had a delivery of two pizzas, a coke and spud bites. First I was told ‘we have no coke in store, so I’ve brought you a coke zero’. I explained that no one in our household drinks Coke Zero and that the phone number provided should have been used instead of someone making an assumption on our behalf. Then I opened the pizza box to a mess that looks as though the pizza was involved in a collision on its way here! In future I think we will be going back to Joe Joes!

We have a pizza each week in Albany. I ask for no olives and no aioli. I tell them twice when I'm ordering. Again today they put on aioli.
Every time they give me one or the other. Really annoying.

I ordered a Chicken Supreme last night, and it was the most revolting pizza that I have ever tasted, and after just one slice, the rest ended up in the bin.
My stomach was churning for hours after eating that one slice.
I won’t be ordering from that store ever again.

We loved Pizza Hut in Indonesia and eat it often. The case is, it’s very difficult to find the same taste of pizza here in OZ, even the pizza hut branch in perth. BUT, this branch made pizza hut the right way, the taste just hit home. Thanks, and keep up the quality

Best pizza in town by far when on a deep pan base, however that's not the default and the chewy mid thickness bases are given on those terrible occaisions when you forget to order deep pan. Staff should be trained to ask what base, would give 5 stars if that were common practice.
Toppings are generous, staff friendly, wait times reasonable.

I prefer pizza hut instead dominoes. But this pizza hut was an embarrassment. Pizza was undercooked. Dough was foul. Overall bad experience.
