Pizza Express

We are regular customers and we mainly went with pizza express because the pizzas are good and the time frame for delivery was good
But we are now going to go with someone else, as the last 5 times we have ordered pizza delivered and it has taken over an hour, sometimes and hour and half. And we are the next suburb

NEVER GOING BACK HERE. DEFINITELY NOT EXPRESS.
Tried this place as on my way home from work with an order of 5 pizzas.smaller than usual order of 7. Everyone who ordered after me got their order. When I asked about my order I was told since mine was such a big order they had yet to start making mine. So after 50 minutes from placing my order I was on my way. Should have order 5 single pizza and been out of there is 15 minutes! Pizzas were bland and below ordinary.

I’ve called here twice to make an order, and been told “I’ll call you back” to not be called back. When you go into the store there’s always several people standing around, and look at each like they’re doing me a favour by serving me. Happened more than once. I only go back because of the convenience of location. The pizza is alright.

Big fan of this place. Pinapple on a lamb pizza.unsure haha but seriously the food here is good. Id suggest reading through the menu first though as they have some different pizzas that are really good

Dropped in, ordered, told 20min wait, went to Woolies, back 25-30min later and you hadn't even started making the order. Said you were too busy but I saw no pizzas coming out of your oven. I couldn't wait, had frozen goods, got a refund. No food wastage with regards to refund since you hadn't even started making them. Did you prioritise delivery orders that came in after me or do you need to look at improving business efficiency? All up a fail.

Amazing pizza, so delicious. I love the pizza express chicken! Just wish they delivered to Haynes 6112.

Ordered takeaway (we’re about 7 km away). The order arrived about 15 min earlier than advised, pleasant surprise! The pizza and garlic toast was fantastic. Will definitely order again! Thanks!

Ordered large veg, base was soft, toppings were mainly Tomatoes, completely testless, have had great test in the past, unfortunately wasn't the case this time.

This has been the best pizza shop I have been to in a long while what can I say beautiful pizza, s very nice owners and staff

Love this place! The pizzas are amazing! Cannot comment on their service as we always order online and get it delivered. Their website is very easy to navigate and delivery is always on time. Highly recommend their Chef’s Special Vegetarian pizza. So delicious!

New management as of late has been good. Pizza as good as ever. Have been a fan of them since living near the Hilton Pizza Express.

Poor service! Recieved the wrong order via Uber eats. Tried to call the store and the phone rang out several times. When they did answer I explained the situation and they hung up on me.
Drove to the shop with the incorrect pizza to find them standing around doing nothing and it was a struggle for them to come to the counter and serve me yet there were 4 people in the shop!
Very unprofessional!
Will never purchase from them again.

Order the pizza you feel like! But get something completely different not even what i ordered! Not happy!

Pizza was Amazing before but since 3-4 weeks its not good and tasty enough I don’t know they changed staff or management but they should improve there cooking skills

Extremely bad customer service here, told pizza would be 20min, came back in 30min had to wait another 15mina, the girl who supposed to answer phone, just let it ring out at least ten times, totally unprofessional and short staffed, and in the end the pizzas where bland, another disappointment the harrisdale

Pizza is awesome! But customer service is not so good. Would be better if someone knowledgeable in products handle the reception. Anyway pizza tastes really good.

Fast service and great pizza. Lots of options to choose and they are happy to customise to whatever your preference.

Paid $26 for a gourmet pizza. Wow what a disappointment.
First wasn’t a family pizza dough it was a large stretched out to very thin. Toppings were minimal.
Don’t mind paying extra for a good pizza but that was a joke.
