Anything heavily subsidised by taxpayers is going to have the (substantial) money as it’s primary concern. Pivet is no exception.

I should have studied the review before started my ivf process. Failed both times and they don’t even care!

I had my egg retrieval yesterday and I was so nervous going into it. The nurses, Dr John Yovich and anaesthetist Dr Yasir Al-Tamimi were very welcoming, kind and they really took care of me. The whole experience was great, made me feel at ease.

The wonderful staff supported me throughout my IVF journey of 12 cycles to achieve a successful birth, which is now our beautiful 4 year old daughter. They have taken very good care of our remaining embryos throughout the last 4 years and have gone above and beyond to support me through every step of the way: medically, physically and emotionally, including providing counselling during the process of using donor gametes.could not be happier with the service we recieved throughout the years of creating our family.

The only thing they worry about is that you pay on time. They have the same protocol for every single patient despite their age and sterility problem. They will not check or consider anything else besides the protocol even if you had multiple miscarriages and 10 IVFs and over 45. You have to do so many things on your own and when you say why didn’t you check this because the results are not good, they will just say It’s not part of the protocol. They don’t care about the success only that you pay on time. So disappointed.

Happy to take your money, have you choose your donor to then put you in the too hard basket. Don’t waste your time nor money with this clinic!

We have been been on our journey with Pivet for around 12 months. We went in thinking it will take us years due to our issues. We had Dr Shipra Gaur and cannot speak highly of her enough. She listened to us, had such compassion and empathy. On our second round, first frozen transfer we are now 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant! And under 11 months on the journey. Without Pivet we wouldn't be pregnant with our miracle bub.
Thank you so much Dr Gaur and amazing staff for everything you did.

We had a horrible experience with another fertility clinic and after 7 unsuccessful IVFs, we changed to Pivet.
The specialists, nurses and all staff involved were amazing. I got pregnant straight away and now I have my handsome son! Thank you team!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
This whole practice have nothing to offer when it comes down to patient's care.

There is NO communication between the medical team. The specialist does not talk to the embryologist. The nurses do not check or follow the requests and the pathology rest results. The request forms for hospital or other specialists never get typed or sent. Don't forget this! They literally keep you waiting 60 to 90 minutes from your original appointment time without any communication or apology!

Seriously disorganised. The communication is poor. They are extremely expensive and money hungry. You end up feeling like your micro-managing your own treatment which only adds to the stress of going through IVF

We have been attending this clinic and have been blown away from the support and care from all the staff at Pivet/Zest; Reception, Doctor, Embrologist and nurses.

All procedures and success rates were thoroughly and realistically explained. The follow ups after procedures have been consistent, the staff have been extremely attentive and willing to help out in any way possible.

For anyone after a clinic that has kind, courteous, attentive and genuinely nice staff, we highly recommend Pivet/Zest. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolute waste of time.
Me and my girlfriend attended the clinic to get her irregular mestrual cycle investigated.
The initial consultation was fine-mostly information gathering, the second was a waste of time and money.
No answers, the Dr was unable to explain anything in laymans terms and became snappy and frustrated when we didnt understand.
It wasn't communicated that our money was not going to get us any answers, insteaf had left us with more questions.
It really felt like the service just wanted more money.
Could have had the service with a GP for a 1/5th of thr price.
Also they hadn't have any of the ultrasound results that they had made me do-despite the ultrasound centre having sent them
Dont waste your money here! Go elsewhere!

I could not speak more highly of Pivet. The service was outstanding! The experienced staff worked through my IVF journey by my side and as a result I felt their extremely genuine support.

I am now the very proud mother of a little girl, who without Pivet would not have been possible. Having gone through the IVF journey makes me realise every day, that if not for Pivet and all they did, I would not have had the chance to have my precious daughter. It is hard to describe the gratitude I have for the clinic and all their employees.

Pivet changed my life and I will be forever grateful. From start to finish, the service was of an impeccable standard. Their guidance and advice inspired me to follow my dream and every time I think of the clinic, I beam with the same level of hope I had the day I walked into the clinic to start my journey.

I couldn't recommend Pivet Medical Centre enough for guiding us through the complex Surrogacy process. We received the best of care from all staff which resulted in us having our miracle baby. Pivet were highly professional and were sensitive and caring.

Pivet has to LEARN a lot about customer service especially at reception - which is the first point of contact and communication determines the type of service that is going to be provided. VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO COURTESY.

No acknowledgement when you arrive at the counter to check in. I understood both receptionists were on their phones but no eye contact to acknowlege that i was there. When one of the receptionist had finished their call - she did not acknowledge who I was.

There was already a big miscommunication with my appointment and had advised them of that earlier in the day. I told them I will still be there but will have to leave at a certain time. No communication amongst the staff members to let each other know that as a client/patient (myself) had to leave by a certain time.
After 25mins past my appointment time, I queried how far behind was the Dr running? The then "checked" with the Dr advised me that he was running very late.
How about some communication to let the patient know that they are running "x" minutes late so as a patient, i can determine if I can still wait and be seen that day or reschedule. - it is called COMMON COURTESY - and letting your patients know, so as a patient, we are not anxious about running late for the next meeting/appointment/parking meter is running out etc

PIVET - PLEASE LEARN FROM THIS - THIS IS CALL COMMON COURTESY.

We have been well looked after and well guided thru our whole ivf journey because of all the wonderful, caring staff at Pivet. We have our family because of them

The best IVF / assisted reproduction clinic in WA. During our treatment we found the whole team including medical director, doctors, admin, nursing, day surgery and laboratory staff were all helpful, professional and focused on the best outcome for patients. They are also the only IVF centre to have a dedicated nursing clinic in Bunbury for South West patients, which has very caring and helpful nurses, and was of great benefit to us during our treatment cycles. Highly recommend Pivet Medical Centre.

The most money driven fertility clinic in Perth! Deeply regret the time i spent with them.
Each transfer with Pivet costed me more than double in comparisson with my new clinic.
They have a big bussines with the supporting medication too so be aware.

Most unhelpful and money hungry medical centre I have ever been to. Spent hundreds of dollars on initial consultation and told we would be able to some help to fall pregnant (6 kids between us so obviously don’t need IVF just a “boost” due to me being 41 years old). Went back for second consult and was told “we can’t help you” because we wouldn’t jump through hundreds of hoops and spend more money on ultrasounds and blood tests to get a prescription, didn’t have the same address on our paperwork so are we really a couple!? Really? So disappointed. It’s sad that we can’t get the help we need, when we need it. Medical professionals are there to help people, not pretend they are Gods.
