Went here for a late breakfast. Great dim sum. Awesome atmosphere & service. Would recommend and will come again

Dinner was very nice. And there was no wait for food to be served and with a smile from the Waitress.
About 6 dishes was ordered which came out in quick succession.
Overall, dinner was enjoyable. Sorry no photos. I forget to post photos when the food is good.

Service was poor and many dishes were missing from the order. They gave us a water jug but no glasses. Soup but no bowl or spoons. I guess it must have been their bad day!

The food was very subpar and I have given this place quite a few chances to wow me. I was consistently disappointed so I won't be going back.

Just been back for our regular Yum Cha feast. Absolutely brilliant on every visit. 6 stars.

Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever experienced! Always busy and full of families and friends enjoying their evening together.

Food (dim sum, dinner) is always exceptional here. We have been returning for dim sum time after time without issues. Customer service, on the other hand, was atrocious last night. During dinner service, we had ordered and were finishing our meals. The rest of the restaurant had five other tables occupied, so not a busy night. Our table was now filled with empty plates as we were finishing our meal. We had a final dish coming out and as the waitress brought it out, she dumped this new dish onto the other finished plates on the lazy Susan. She could have just as easily cleared the empty plates first, but instead walked about without turning to check. We were very appalled by this behaviour and likely won't be back.

Overpriced, chilli Prawns, stay beef, honey chicken, rice & chicken plus fried rice and fried noodles $168 nothing extra special and approx $35+ more than the menu price

Pinn’s palace doesn’t exactly extrude grandeur when you walk in, but it does fill your nostrils with the smells of an Asian restaurant or kitchen.

Walk-ins are served quickly due to quick turnarounds on tables. I booked a table and skipped the queue.

The wait staff are friendly and service is alright. Serving portions are decent in size and you’d struggle to finish it all!

I ordered:

Pinn’s Tofu - Cantonese styled. Tasty and quality egg tofu. Recommend.

Sizzling Chilli Beef - this tasted good with very tender beef and the taste of chilli but it brought the overall rating down because it didn’t arrive sizzling. It arrived as a cooked dish on a hot plate.

Kai Chou Vegetables - cooked in garlic sauce. Yummy!

Chrysanthemum Tea - nothing to really rave about. Normal:)

I would come back again at some point.

No one greeted us when we entered the restaurant although the restaurant was pretty empty. The food took very long to arrive and some of the food we ordered didn't even come. The service was terrible because the waiters were very rude to us. The food was satisfactory level with very little seasoning.
Overall the food is ok but service was atrocious. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We went to Pinn’s Palace for a friend’s Anniversary party. Ambience was good. Loved the quality and quantity of the food. Even kids enjoyed the food. Black pepper Steak sizzler, chilli squid and Thai style fish were some of the dishes not to miss. We are coming back for sure.

Food was passable. Service was disorganised and chaotic. Empty tables are not being prepared or allocated for incoming customers resulting in unnecessary long queues. There seems to be a shortage of staffs for the number of customers which might be the main problem. Staff seem to jump around tasks which end up being a hold up.

FOOD WE CHOSE AMD RECOMENDED BY JASON WAS VERY WELL PREPARED AND TASTY. THE LOBSTER NOODLE WITH CRISPY EGG NOODLES WAS THE BEST & THE HOME MADE TOFU WAS GREAT.

Service was fine for a your typical Chinese restaurant. But oh my gosh the food was completely terrible, devoid of taste. I actually couldn't believe how bland it was.

Good food and great service. We love the Pinn’s homemade tofu. We also got Peking duck 2 ways, Tiger prawns glass noodle and garlic kangkong (vegetable dish) and will definitely come back again.

We had dinner at Pinn's Palace. We had free range poached chicken, vermicelli prawns, curry fish fins, taufoo Malaysian Chinese style, honey chicken and sweet and sour pork. It was so good that we went back for yum cha within 4 days!

I love coming here with my husband for their dumplings. My favourites are their prawn ones and their bean curd rolls. The staff are helpful and the service is very quick unless they are really busy. The price is very reasonable for food that is very tasty and fresh.

Recently I have ordered take away from this place, at the amount of $101.50, and this is not the first time I have done so. Noticed, the price has gone up (understandly due to current market condition) but to my surprise the quantity of the food has been reduced. Be aware, if doing take away, check the quantity as per the containers provided. Or else, you are getting ripped off.
