Did my working at heights and confined spaces ticket here. Friendly staff, kirstie ward was our teacher/assessor today. She was lovely:)

I redone my Confined Space & Working at Heights training with Pinnacle recently.
It has significantly improved since I last did it there two years ago. Our trainer was a ex level three rope access technician who’s vast knowledge and years in the industry made for a effective and efficient learning experience.

Great experience with the forklift training course. Our instructor Theo was great, and definitely helped us get through the content painlessly

Got Working at Height, Confined Space & Gas test combo with best price.friendly staff and good Trainer.

I did my Work at Height + gas testing + enter Confined Space, the trainer has been racist against French peoples. A lot of incorrect behaviour. Exemples " to many French people, thats why we won't finish early"
Then I did EWP Over 11 metres. 3x collegues entered is the class room without asked for before, disturb the class to give a sandwich or random things. During our assessment 1 came in and talk really loudly. I had to tell him to be quiet as we couldnt process the assessment with noise. And at the end they provided half of documents for my application to high Risk work. My partner got everything but not me.make me struggle.
So desapointed.

The trainer at Pinnacle Safety and Training presented the information very clearly and easy to understand. He kept the interest level very high by giving real experience situations from his past work experience. He showed a very comprehensive hands on experience in applying all the information delivered on the program which made the program very real to me and changed my view point to realising just how important "Low Voltage Rescue and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" training is in the construction and mining industry.

Very helpful and friendly trainer. Chris was really good trainer and very knowledgeable. The facility was really good and had plenty of machinery for the whole class to practice at the same time. Thank you

If you need to gain great knowledge, correct procedures and training properly, this is the place. Simply one of the best trainer and training centre I have attended. Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience doing TAE40116.
No insight into what the course involves,
The training is nowhere near adequate for the course expectations,
Communication is very poor,
Trainer/assessor fell asleep during student presentations,
Help outside the course was inadequate.
I will never do a course with Pinnacle again.

Highly recommend Pinnacle Safety and Training! The course is pretty well organised and comprehensive. Practical session was really great and organised as well especially to the Trainer and Assessor (Mr. Loreto) who explained and demonstrated the training from start to finish. With all his experiences, he has heaps of knowledge about the subject matter. The course is full of learning and fun at the same time. Definitely will enroll into another course! Kudos to Pinnacle Safety and Training!

Completed training at pinnacle earlier this week, would like to thank trainer Mitch for providing a fun/helpful environment for training and being very knowledgeable in the course he was teaching. Would definitely recommend, someone buy him a mango lychee slushie!
