The potato pies here used to be my favourite until recently. Now they're just as generic as any other pie I've had. C'mon guys what happened

No actual French bread or Sourdough. Pies, sweets and cheap whitehead baguette that is very hard.

Twice you have told me to book for fresh Cakes. Because they will be sold out. And I still get them off the shelf.

Delicious & authentic banh mis as well as a great range of pies and desserts. Prices are reasonable too

Closest version to the famous Mince & Cheese pie of home, New Zealand. Just missing that flakey pastry and a Steak & Cheese version. That's pretty much all I go there for. Nice customer service. Nice selection of sorts.

Fantastic pasteries, such a big choice of products. Fantastic staff. Best Vietnamese iced coffee. Outside seating. Definitely worth a visit. Great selection of cakes, Rolls, sandwiches & other selection.

Nice little cafe that opens early in the morning. Has a nice selection of pies with their own flavours.

Got myself a ham and cheese toastie with a black coffee. The toastie was nice, generous amount of ham but too little cheese in my opinion. The coffee was good, nice strong roasted flavour. Will try a meat pie and other cakes next time.

All the food I tried here was delicious and fresh. Wish I had a bakery this good where I live…bloody ‘bakers delight’ everywhere, woolies can match them.

It always looks busy but the staff are very efficient and friendly.

Bought pies, chicken and salad rolls, bap rolls and apple strudel today, and the only thing that wasn't stale was the pies! Very disappointing the rolls were inedible and threw them away, if your going to sell day old rolls, price accordingly, had one bite of strudel and binned that, hoping the bap rolls were fresh, but no they got dumped that arvo as well, will never return, and stop ripping off your customers.

Amazing food and prices, always beautiful service. The owner recognised me after 8 years as I moved away, and just came back to mandurah. He remembered me from the old shop. That's amazing. Might mean I eat too much bakery food though haha.

Came across Pinjarra French Hot Bakery today for the first time whilst in Central Mandurah. Located in the Smart Street
Mall it is fantastic. Great pies and bakery essentials as well and Fantastic cooked Breakfast options. They also do Asian Influenced meals which are Great. The prices are good and there is outside seating if you like to eat in the mall. One surprise was Good Coffee that was accompanied by a fantastic piece of complimentary Carrot Cake. Love this place.
