OMG loved it.first time for us getting dinner there and would 100% recommend it and we will definitely be revisiting!

Really yummy! Fish was delicious, burgers amazing. Fresh ingredients and very filling. Would 100% recommend. We will be back!

I would like to say I’m so disappointed in the value of food portions they give out for $4 of chips just got a hand full of chips and a raw chicken and cheese sausage beyond disgusting. Miss the old owners

I had fish and chips tonight friday the 25 /11 /2022 well the chips must of been from the day before and the fisn was dry as the batter fell off half the batter was off when i un wrapped them and was oily as the batter was chewy not good as it was with previous owners.
Not going back there any time soon.rating if i could minus 5 horrible through half of it away.

Food is always spot on. Only downfall is sometimes fish size is a little smaller than a meal. But more often than not is fantastic. Have always taken away. Never dined in.

The grilled snapper and chips with lemon pepper is amazing!
Definitely a meal enough for one. Must try their steak burger the works it is another one of my favourites which is always cooked to perfection. The customer service and hospitality is incredible and another reason why I continue to return to this place.

Best Fish & Chips in Pinjarra!

I was looking forward to trying tonight, having been told their new ownership.
The staff were friendly but the food was very oily, had the
Dim sim, squid rings, crumbed mussels, crab sticks and chips. The batter was dark like it was old oil or very used oil and it tasted like it. Hopefully it gets better for them.

Called up to ask if they had a meal for 2 they said no so we ordered some food anyway. Went to pick up our order to look at the menu and they had a meal for 2 deal which was way cheaper than what we got and had more stuff in it.
Then got home and found the extra piece of fish we ordered wasn't even in the bag. So not only did they take more money from me they didn't even give me my full order.
Super disappointing to say the least for a local business. I guess I'm just joining the other 1 star reviews

I bought 2 works hamburgers from here last night and couldn't eat them because the beef pattie's were way too spicey hot.: (

Heard such great reviews about this place so thought we'd give it a try.
Spent almost $60 dollars not bad price so was expecting a feast. We ordered a steak burger works and meal for two added an extra $3 serving of chips.
Now where do I start firstly the serving of chips were terrible literally could be a handful of chips the extra chips was even less small crumby bits of chips.
Secondly the all the battered fish, crab sticks pineapple and squid rings were dark oily/soggy and tasted discussing, squid rings were so dried out fish had no taste but oil.
Now the steak burger beautiful favours until you try and actually bite through the steak! Every single bite was basically trying to saw through the steak with your teeth. Was a struggle to chew it. In the end ate the burger without the steak.
Not sure if it was a bad night for the shop but very disappointed in the food.
Couldn't call back as by the time I arrived home the shop had closed. Such a disappointment so much good reviews.

First feed with the new owners, good to see still in paper everything was great, decision to be made on burger as still in oven waiting to be devoured after work

Definitely nothing to rave about. 2nd chance with new owners. Order was wrong again. All pre packaged things you can cook at home, potato cakes now not potato scallops. Just really disappointing. Oily, Grose and what a rip off on the chips! Such a disappointment.

No more gluten free have to find another place. Was voted best fish and chips no idea why a new owner would change a successful business

Second time trying it since new owners have taken over and it is very underwhelming. I do not recommend at all and advise to steer clear. People were complaining about undercooked food and not getting there full order while I was waiting for my food, then i get home and my cheese sausage is still cold on the middle, my chips taste like fish, cheap pre made onion rings and potato scolopes that I have in my own freezer. Wasted of time and money as it was a $45 order.

So disappointed with our visit to Pinjarra Fish & Chips 01.04.2022. After eating the best fish and chips frequently under the previous owners, tonight we paid $33 for a seafood platter/basket and a grilled fish & chips and the one serve of chips we did received wasn’t even a scoop.both pieces of fish were very small and the remainder of the seafood was just ok. So very disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Snapper was very nice. Chips were not up to usual standard due to supply issues impacting all of WA. Squid rings, crumbed prawns and fish sticks I'd rate as good.

Edit: Recent WA supply issues impacted chip quality. I've amended my review accordingly. Thanks.

Was the 3rd best snapper I've had at a fish and chip shop, the service was fantastic, will go again to try the other stuff they offer, burgers ect

Been getting fish and chips from here for a while now and I always love it. It's hot and the people who deliver have always been great people. The best thing is it never dripping grease. Try it, you'll love it

Very good, friendly, top notch customer service.
Good servings of food and tasted as good as what was expected given the reviews & awards etc.

I have to be honest and say the chips had already been cooked and sitting in a heating tray for several minutes before everything else was ready and then put together.

Unfortunately they forgot the salt and vinegar (there was literally none) which was an issue considering we walked back up to the river near the bridge where upon we then realised this mistake (not something you’d expect to have been missed) and as the chips had been sitting to the side for several minutes, at the time of sitting down to eat, they were luke warm.

Would have given 4.5 stars if there were halves but because of what I’ve mentioned cannot go for 5.

Will go back again for sure (with back up salt and vinegar lol)

We had the Fisherman’s Catch for 4 ppl. Everything including the fish was amazing, could not fault a thing, very tasty, we couldn’t eat it all there was so much food, definately value for money here. Will be back thank you
