I have been working here for almost 3 years and my time at Pilbara Access has been filled with great experiences, at times challenging, but definitely rewarding.
With a goal to strive for "Safety At All Levels", they never fail at committing to this through their continual support, concern, training and awareness for those doing the hard work out there.
The mob team are dedicated and strive to deliver their best to both the guys on-site and the clients. Within the team they are very friendly and helpful every time I have a query.
The accounts team which I work closely with, are an enthusiastic and determined bunch of professionals that I have learnt a lot from over the years. Their support and motivation has helped me grow to the person I have become today.
Management team are very approachable and love to lighten up the mood with their jokes every now and then when they're in the Perth office. They are truly hard working individuals that put their heart and soul into shaping who we are as the Pilbara Access team.
The Co-ordinators & Supervisors on-site are a friendly group of gentleman and are a pleasure to work with. Their efforts put in to ensure our men are always safe on-site and go home injury-free to their family, children & friends is what makes Pilbara Access the company you want to work for!
There is no other scaffolding company as devoted as Pilbara Access, to ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual.

Great company, very safety conscious with a hard working and supportive team

Do not even bother applying for a job with this company. They will waste your time. Not only do they offer a pathetic flat rate for your services, they will want you to complete roughly 7 days worth of inductions/courses/VOC's before you go to site, which is all UNPAID and for me it was spread out over 4 weeks! Essentially they wasted 4 weeks of my time, all unpaid and pushed back my fly to site date. In the end I had to find another job because I couldn't afford to be kept in limbo by them. I told them to withdraw my application, however received an SMS a week later with flight details. They will probably try and charge me if I don't show up. Terribly disorganized company. You'd have to be pretty desperate to work for them. Don't let companies like this set the standard. You can do better.
