Very good beginning to Pilates with the private studio appointments. Haylee Pokrywka is very patient, her explaination and instruction make me more understanding about my body and Pilates exercise. I could feel her passion on Pilate, and i am more intersted in developing proper exercise to fit my unique physical body.

Class was hard enough to hurt, but not so hard that I wanted to give up. Teacher was calm, professional and knowledgeable. Easy to understand and fun. Recommended

I honestly don't know where to start, PFI has absolutely everything under one roof and it's unbelievable! Their facilities are awesome, they have all the equipment and class types for your specific needs, incredibly knowledgable and fun teachers AND the community they have is so kind and inclusive I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. I first started two years ago when my physio suggested them for postnatal recovery and count be happier with how my body healed with their guidance. I have since recommended friends to PFI for rehabilitation with their various injuries and they have all had the same wonderful experience as I have. Cannot recommend PFI enough, they truely are industry leaders and it shows in every way

Started Pilates at pfiwa a couple of weeks ago! I had never been to a Pilates class in my life and was hoping to like it. I absolutely LOVE it, I’m feeling amazing and so happy I gave it ago! Of course it helps that the Myaree studio is amazing and all the staff are so lovely I really look forward to each class/session!

PFI is a smorgasbord of Pilates - so many different times, classes and instructing styles - such a dynamic, inclusive studio

I really value the instructors obvious functional anatomical knowledge, and constant engagement - such a confidence boost for class. Loving feeling so supported in specific moves, and also in the broader Pilates journey! So many positive changes!

A studio session is absolute gold to get some individualised direction to practice in class

I had never done Pilates before becoming pregnant so it was all very new to me when I joined the studio. I feel so comfortable in all the pregnancy classes, the instructors are very warm and welcoming and helpful. The structured classes tailored to pregnancy leave me feeling stretched and my mind focused. There are many different time slots/classes available which is great for flexibility on this pregnancy journey. I have recommended not only to my pregnant friends!

How to take people's money without giving them a service? Have a lock-in contract without telling them about it until it's too late.
Narelle signed me up for what I thought was only a 2 weeks of Mat+Barre membership, she did everything for me, I had to do nothing, but when I wanted to leave I was "stuck" with them because Pilates Fitness has a 3MONTHS lock-in contract that I didn't know about. I checked all the emails and conversations with Narelle and the pilates team and no-one never mentioned this lock-in contract until AFTER I mentioned to her that i needed to cancel my membership and even though I told her that I couldn't commit for more than 2 weeks they still took an extra 2 weeks ($72.00) of a service that I'm not able to use because I don't have the time.
Have a little bit of work ethic and integrity and don't take your client's money if they are not able to use your service.

UPDATE:
Under the Fair Trading (Fitness Industry Code of Practice Regulations 2020 (WA), it states in Division 4 titled “Membership agreements” at Clause 11 that all membership agreements must be:
• in writing; and
• dated and signed by the client.

Clause 11 also states that you must provide the client a copy of the signed membership agreement.

I have never signed a contract with Pilates Fitness Institute, nor was I given a copy of any membership agreement.

*PFI refunded the money, however, I do not appreciate the fact that I wasted 3 weeks of my time calling them, talking to everyone and there's was nothing they could do until I made then aware of the laws that should've been followed. (There's was never a contract to take my money)

Pilates Fitness Institute is the perfect studio to start out with Pilates. I have done Pilates for 2 weeks now with the introductory pass and I can already see my body transforming. The instructors are so friendly and inclusive, ensuring I got the one on one coaching I needed to ensure I was doing the moves correctly. Every class I finish my body feels even healthier, well worked and happier than it did before. I couldn’t recommend this studio highly enough!

My experience with karina is much more than what I expected. Her pleasing personality and professionalism is the key to have more satisfied customers. (Sorry if I misspelled her name) all the best to you all.

What a wonderful way of getting back into exercise. I look forward to going to the classes every week. Frances has been a fantastic instructor. I love the way she made time to attend to individual needs. Very satisfied with the beginners course. Thank you!

The registration process is excellent, the system they use gives all clients ease of access to timetables and bookings are seamless! If something is not working, they rectify it efficiently. The instructors are AMAZING! The classes are addictive and you get your money's worth as you hobble out of the classes after a thorough workout! I love PFIWA! And would recommend it to anyone looking for high quality pilates classes with instructors that care and look after each individuals needs. Love it!

When I phoned to ask about and book in for the postnatal class I spoke to a number of people, all of whom tried hard to sell me blocks of 5 or 10 lessons. I'm glad I didn't because none of them thought to mention that the class is only appropriate for non-mobile babies. I was made to feel very unwelcome because my 9 month old son was crawling around the (unsafe for babies) room and because he cried towards the end of the class.
If the instructor had been a little more understanding I would have happily gone back another time, without my baby, to try another class as I'm really want to do pilates since my physio recommended it to me.
It's also worth mentioning that the post natal class is a circuit class so the first 15 minutes is sitting there having 10 different exercises explained to you and then new comers will find themselves spending the rest of the session either doing the exercises wrong or sitting around desperately trying to work out what the stick figure drawings mean and to remember what each exercise station is for.
Probably quite if you went there for pregnancy pilates and already know what to do, as the instructor so helpfully pointed out to me.
