I always go there first. It’s not far from my house. Your customer service is great. Price is reasonable compared to other pharmacy in shopping centre. But pls do keep all medication stocked.

Excellent service. The boys in there (Pharmacists) give a really friendly, personal and professional service. Nothing is ever too much for them.

Love going to this pharmacy to buy things. The owner is very nice and genuinely wants to help. The prices are very good too. Sometimes even cheaper than chemist warehouse! Highly recommended.

Had very bad experience during Perth Lock Down on 31-Jan-21. I went to buy Face Masks the normal box of 50 was sold for $60. Same box was sold earlier for about $20 only. Also one of my friends bought same box couple of hours ago for $50. They may be selling same box for $100 now.

Very short term vision and wrong ethics from the pharmacy to take benefit of the situation. I would not go to this place again Having other pharmacies nearby they shouldn't do this to loose customers.

On 31-Jan you increased price of the Face Masks multiple times. Don't lie, I have experience in retail industry. You wouldn't be force to change price multiple times. You just wanted to take advantage of the situation, accept this.
Even it's true - your supplier forced you to change the price, you better take action against supplier and report to the appropriate authority.

I will report this to Consumer Protection.

Piara Waters Pharmacy is conveniently located at the entrance to the Riva Estate in Piara Waters (just off Nicolson Road) in a complex that includes the added convenience of a Medical Centre, Western Diagnostics Pathology and a Podiatry.
I can HIGHLY recommend this pharamacy. Paul Ngoo, the pharmacist was able to get a specific medication I was after that other pharmacies in the area were unable to get for months. He is professional, knowledgeable, polite and I cannot thank him enough.
The pharmacy itself is very nicely presented, clean and well stocked.

Pharmacist Paul is a top guy, answer any regarding the medication, cost of medicine is low as compared to nearest pharmacy at the shopping center.
