Javi has been my pilates instructor for over a year now and has changed my life! I’m in much better shape, most of my hip and lower back pain has gone and my mind is clearer when I stick to pilates several times a week! I would recommend Javi to anyone

Can not recommend javi enough, she is very knowledgeable with pilates and I love that she works all muscle groups in class and mixes it up.
