I'm a very loyal customer. They work quickly and well. Their prices are competitive too. I only wish I didn't have to use their services so often (because I keep breaking my phone screen every 5 minutes or so!)

Getting a Pixel phone repaired in Australia is annoying, you need to ship it off to either the eastern states or Singapore for assessment which means you're without a phone for a long time, and that's if the phone is in warranty.

My pixel 5 was a few months out of warranty and the battery started expanding pushing the screen away from the casing. The guys are phone ninja replaced the battery without cracking the screen in a couple of hours and the phone is like new.

Will be heading here whenever I need phone repairs.

Did what they said they would do. Had a screen changed out on an iPhone12 - works fine and no problems except for the "non-authentic part detected" error message in the settings screen (no big deal and they told me about this before they started) I'd recommend them - they had spares on hand and the job was complete within 2 hours. The only thing i didn't like was the demand/request for the passcode on the phone - its not really necessary for a job like this (they said they wanted to be able to check the features of the phone were working, after the repair however I think it would be better to do this with me in the store when i picked up the phone - this was the only minus to my experience as it left me feeling uneasy) My advice to people is to politely refuse the request/demand - my point here is that they shouldn't really be asking in the first place for a screen repair.

These guys are awesome. Replaced my Pixel 4 XL battery on the spot.but the big winner was I had a 6S Plus that was dismantled with an issue and they were willing in to look at it for a very cheap price. They sorted they issue on both phones within a couple of hours and price was very competetive and reasonable.

Fixed a Samsung Note10+ I accidentally drove over within hours. Great service and looked after me on price too.

Honestly the best phone repair experience I've had.

These guys are awesome. Had my Samsung note 10 + fixed and was blown away by their work, rates and honesty. Will use these guys every time from now on so long as they are still working there.

My Samsung Note 8 fell in water, had water and moisture build up and the sensors, camera weren't functioning. Was suggested Phone Ninja, got it cleaned internally and all sorted. Got a discount with online booking as well. Phone is working fine (for now as told by Phone Ninja cause of the water exposure which could corrode the internal parts in time). Using the phone till it dies, up till then great service, very professional, well explained and detailed in their job!

Went and seen Ben today at the shop as i opperate and own KIPHONE Phone Repairs & Accessoires in Karratha, i needed to source a part in perth, He went the extra mile to reach out to the Manager/Owner to assist me, they came to the party and helped me out. They had two choices but the choice they took was to help.

Ben was professional and very helpful, Thanks bud for taking the time. This helped me out a lot. Will recommed in the future:)

Not happy with the experience here, I had my phone repaired a couple months ago only within a few days for it to be ghost tapping the experience of using my phone after it was supposed to be repaired is blisteringly frustrating.

I took it back after a couple since I was dealing with a lot of my uni stuff only to be told that it might be covered by warranty and I may need to replace the battery (upsell of $90).

I called at the end of the day and they said
“It’s not covered by warranty”
Since the glass was scratched. I call bs since they should be replacing the entire touch panel since it was buggy from the beginning.

I don’t feel I could trust this place. I would have gladly paid for battery upgrade and tipped if they fixed the issue. Since I’m a business owner too I know what it’s like to struggle with business. But this episode definitely didn’t feel like I’d be giving them another shot.

My wife got here screen changed here and 3 days later it cracked across with normal use without even being dropped. She Returned there to see if they fix as warrantee and ninja wanted another 180$. Not impressed as it was a poor installation job to start. Maybe rename ninja to bandit

First time customer to the Phone Nija. I called in advance and had a courteous, helpful person assist me with my query.

I visited the store the same day and had my phone fixed in an hour. I will use them again to repair an iPad screen.

Excellent customer service.

I sent my mum to Phone Ninja Osborne Park yesterday to get her Pixel 2XL camera glass repaired. Received this message from her afterwards:

Also, when I used to work at Telstra Subiaco, if our local repair guy didn't have parts in stock, I would recommend customers go to you. Dozens had glowing praise for your service. Keep it up!

I went back to this company because they were so helpful and did a great job recovering data from my phone when several other stores couldnt help me and said all my data was lost. On my second visit my problem wasnt with a phone it was a hard drive and even though they dont fix hard drives, the gentleman helped me work out the problem told me which store i could go to fix my problem, yet took no money just helped me because he had the knowledge.that is what i call customer service.definitely recommend these guys!

I am very happy with the new battery in my iPhone 6s.
It no longer needs constant recharging, like before.
I also feel that $59 was good value. Thank you.

Got a repair done, first repair screen was faulty. They honored the warranty and replaced it at no cost. Then the screen cracked quite easily.it's an internal pressure crack (which can be clearly seen) and not an external screen crack (I have a case and a glass screen protector). I didn't even drop my phone! I'm 99% certain this is from a dodgy installation. Went in and asked about the warranty covering this and the kid at the front kept quoting something about the warranty that he memorized to me like he was a robot - wouldn't actually discuss the issue at hand. Was initially impressed until this happened. Would've been nice if someone actually looked at my device to see exactly what had happened.

I was/am very happy with the service & repair done.

I rang the Phone Ninja shop @ Osborne Park for some advice after discovering I had used a mall kiosk who didn't know what they were doing or were using inferior products. The team there spent time helping me for free, I appreciated this and decided to bite the bullet and cop a lose from kiosk and get it repaired from a professional shop who know what they are doing.

I only wish I had found you guys before getting ripped off by the mall kiosk.
