Very unhappy with the service, manager spoke to me like I was in the wrong for my phone being worse after they fixed it, I am very aware people have to learn somewhere but I need my phone for work purposes and I can’t even use it now. The supervisor spoke to me in a rude tone and was arguing with me more then apologising she wouldn’t take responsibility for the outcome, I do not recommend this place to anyone and they call themselves a apple certified place. You are not helpful or friendly to customers at all very disappointment I wasted my time and money in your store

Great Customer service and the best advice on which product to purchase, the team at Booragoon are so friendly and helpful.

Brought the most expensive screen protector & the cover over my camera lens’s they had for my iphone 13 pro last year & l was told both are covered by warrenty (the entire reason why I brought both expensive types) to be told this morning that the camera cover is not infact protected!

Sept 2022 had to visit happytel again today and Sean was very very helpful. Amazing service. I had misplaced my receipt but she had suggested for me to check for receipt on phone which i found and Sean was able to follow this up and able to replace my screen protector. This is customer service at it best. Very grateful Sean cheers Greg

Please be aware when you are considering purchase phone accessories from the Happytel. They advised people at the purchase point that the phone case will be covered by their replacement warranty policy for the any issue within 12 months. However, they refused to accept my claim and even didn't want to assist me putting a claim to original vendor. They only prioritize people purchasing but no willing to handle any after sales issues.

The guys at the shop in Garden City were amazing. Fixed my phone and even gave me a refund for a case that I had bought for anew phone I had issues with and had to return. Very helpful.

Please avoid this shop at all cost they are nothing but rip off merchants. I purchased a screen protector for my daughter‘s iPhone 11 and within days the screen protector was lifting. My wife took it back to the store only to be told by the lady that there’s nothing she can do and that we have to contact the manufacturer and place a claim under warranty what a joke! In my opinion that is a ridiculous excuse as it was clear that all that needed to be done was the screen protector to be lifted cleaned and replaced either with the existing or a brand new one. Clearly it wasn’t installed correctly by the lady at the store on the day and they were pretty much shying away from any responsibility. Please Please Please avoid this shop at all costs, poor service poor quality and by the looks of it poor products! I spent $70 on a screen protector that renders the phone unusable as you can’t see the screen. You will never ever see another dollar from me my family or my friends!

Unbelievably disappointed with the service I had with Happytel. I purchased a screen protector and a new iPhone case (an Ottorbox for over $50.00). I was told that the case would be the sturdiest protection and would ensure no damage to my phone. The case was not only recommended it was practically pushed on me as my only option. Not even 2 months later and I have had to have my screen protector replaced twice. I note that they offer a free replacement screen protectors within 1 year of replacement. On my return to obtain my free replacement I was treated like a pariah and made to wait for over 45 minutes while other customers who were purchasing goods were assisted as priority, in spite of me arriving first. When my husband then returned to discuss the issues with the case (the back of my phone is completely smashed in spite of remaining firmly in the case) and sought a refund or assistance given the issues he was rudely brushed off being told we were outside the 28 day period and to contact Ottorbox. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment and will not be returning. I will also be looking at my complaint and remedy options through the ACCC as it is clear I am not the only person who has faced this treatment.

Peter was absolutely amazing and fixed my phone within the same day for a reasonable price. My phone is working perfectly now. Thanks for all your great work Peter, I would highly recommend Phone Adore to anyone looking for affordable, efficient and reliable service.

Appalling customer service. Refused to honour a manufacturer endorsed warranty claim, after directing me to follow that path. They want the sale, but don't have interest in follow up! Avoid this place.

Bad customer service. Not able to put the screen protector to the screen properly and stick a glue to the brand new iPhone. After clarifying with the staff, she rushed us off away with poor attitude. Never go back again.

Most inferior screen protector i ve had. Also Paid $50 for my previous phone no issues like my clicking and popping protector. I went back recently they said these cheaper screens click n pop. U must upgrade to $100 samsung approved. We ll also give u $10 discount. Forget it. Dont try pulling the wool over my eyes. I ll pull it off and use my previous supplier. Tricky ppl.

Terrible service. Expensive products that they sell with a warranty. When you go back because there over priced supposedly super proof screen protectors crack when your phone was only sitting in your bag they tell you the warranty only stands if the protector starts to lift. Don't waste your money here.

I dropped into Phone Mania after I dropped my iphone, Peter helped with a new screen, and protector and the phone is working perfectly. Great job at a good price. What is not to love.
