Phoever Vietnamese Restaurant

4 prawn spring rolls for $9.50 and broken rice for $20.50! It's a robbery considering the spring rolls are tiny as and hardly any prawns! Pork chop was abit too sweet with the marinade, fish sauce very ordinary and side soup very bland! First time last time.

Just another dirty Asian restaurant. Also bringing food that we didn’t order and forcing me partner to pay for it.

We visit today this place first time but never recommend this place! Very bad and very poor customer service! The Vietnamese Woman waitress was very very unkind and when we ask for the menu what is this her face was very bad and talk very unkindly. The service is very bad place to the visitors. Don’t go this place. Not recommend. Bad service.

Managers wife needs a lesson on people skills or needs to be kept in the kitchen doing the dishes. Totally unprofessional. And that's a big NO from me. ZERO STARS

Expensive food, they charged us with the cold plain side soup which we never ordered. We used to eat there when it was phoever and it was good but not anymore this time. I won't recommend it to anyone and will never go back there ever!

We really enjoyed the first sit in visit, however our second visit for take away order was a catastrophe…. The pho wasn’t seasoned well at all, and the raw beef wasn’t fresh, it taste awful even we heated up. The second visit was definitely worth no star and we felt so sick and shocked: (

Amend the rating from 3 to 1 star after saw the reply from the store, thank you what do you mean by saying take away order is out of your control you’re the one who control everything before sending the food out.

Came here because of closest Viet restaurant to my place. Saw the review and decided to try. Ordered the Pho Dac Biet, beef smells sour and smelly. Partner ordered Com Tam for takeaway. The pork chop tasted sour. I suspected I had food poisoning because whole day I had the runs for the toilet.

I always been there. Everything was fine to me until couple of weeks ago.
I went there with my wife. We had two soup Noddles. And we found Bugs in our soup. To be honest we are chef too totally understand that situation and we are ok. After that we ordered bread to eat and my wife found broken container inside.
Of course they took off our bill. And we are still ok as we told the kitchen to be aware.

Yesterday we took a friend there. Ate the same things but this time we are not very lucky.
We were all food poisoning by some beef balls and beef.
Very disappointed.
Hope the management saw these and sort it out.
That was unacceptable.

The woman with specs, wearing black shirt and black pants on 19th Nov with a little fat is very rude when serving foods. I don't feel respect at all but only feel offended through the way she talked.

Order a raw beef hofan soup, the beef came out with totally cooked (well done), and the texture is very rough and chewy, soup base very plain, cost $14, not worth it at all

Went to pho tiger today with my partner, and we had ordered the shaking beef and com tam, and both were really good. However, we had also ordered a watermelon juice and a avocado smoothie. The watermelon was nice, very fresh, but the avocado smoothie was not. Upon the first taste, you could tell that the avocado used was not a very good one. We had expressed this to the waitress and she took it back, only for the person I assumed was the owner to bring the same exact smoothie back over to us and say that we were wrong because the avocado used was fresh and not frozen/not expired. My partner is from vietnam, he’s had that specific drink many times and we could both tell there was something off with it and I do not think giving us back a drink that we had expressed was not good, is good customer service. Especially telling us that we were wrong, we know what an expired avocado would taste like. We had also asked for a drink to replace that one, to which we didn’t get and were still charged for the smoothie that we had sent back. Not happy with how that was handled at all. We had come here previously and had no issues, but if thats how things are handled when you ask for a resolution to something you were served but shouldn’t have been, then we will definitely not be back.

I was pretty disappointed with our order lastnight. With the name pho Tiger, i thought we were in for a real good treat. The broth was nice but the meal itself was bland, I'm talking about the meat.
Paid $5 for a can of coke, thinking we were getting a 1.5litre instead. #NotaHappyDayOTG

The food is good, but when I found a snail on the garnish of the fresh spring rolls after eating them, I mentioned it to one of the waitstaff, she didn't apologise. She did offer another one which we're not too keen on after seeing that. I asked not to pay for that dish when paying which she reluctantly accepted.

This place was good especially the man incharge at the counter, however when we went for dining for dinner, nobody seemed to notice us to get our order no matter how many times we rung the bell.

I wouldn’t say it’s the most authentic Pho place in Perth. It’s definitely more westernised though so you would like it if that’s what you want

Nice crispy bread and green curry chicken. This when I am eating make me good time to dip bread in curry. Make me happy and smile a lot

We ordered off Menulog, one dish was missing and one was incorrect. Menulog have no info other than to call the restaurant which I tried to do but nobody answered.
Have logged an issue and a review on Menulog and after 4 days no answer, so here I am.
Having said that, the dishes we did receive were excellent, but some recognition of the error would be great before we consider ordering again or visiting.

Nice big place so you're not too close to people. Very clean and nice decor. There is no waitperson to take your order, you write on notepad what you want, press a bell and they come collect your order. We got there around six so our order came out pretty quick. Every dish very nicely presented, flavors was nice and tasty.

Yummy food and lots of selections just there’s an odour and dirty atmosphere to the restaurant when first stepped in they also have selections of cocktails to be chosen from and nice dining atmosphere not expensive for the food I get Big portion. Other than the odour the food is 4.5star rating. Recommend for people who wanna try authentic pho

Just average I bought an uber meal a while back and it was really poor quality. Thought it may have been a bad day so I dined in. No improvement im afraid its just not a very good Vietnamese restaurant.
