You would think that a medical practice would understand and respect that not everyone is able to wear a mask and has a medical exemption. Not this practice. Instead they discriminate against you and tell you that you need to complete your paperwork outside. There are plenty of other clinics around that are much more considerate and understanding of people’s medical conditions, so attend one of them for your own rights to be upheld.

My husband was left sitting outside for over 40min before being seen. This practice is too worried about Covid than actually treating the patient for the medical issues they are having. Just told to buy over the counter products rather than do tests. Very poor practice. Will be thinking twice before returning.

Closed early, and would not even come to the door to see if it was urgent or anything, they just ignored and shook their head. Won't be returning poor form for a Dr surgery

Ride receptionists I've ever met so not recommend they take forever to do anything and are not helpful.

These people are so irresponsible. They play with people’s lives and don’t care. I had an appointment on 1/4/21 to be given the all clear to go back to work after an injury. Today is the 12th of april and they haven’t been able to give me the medical certificate of capacity. The only thing they tell me is that they are going to leave a note for the doctor and nothing happens. The negligence is unbelievable

My personal information was left on the front desk for anyone to see for the entirety of my hour long appointment, when I asked a staff member about it there only response was “whoops, your dr should have taken that”
Avoid any of their clinics at all costs.

To the Dr AStedman that treated my 23 year old daughter who came in complaining of a severe pain in her leg.
I would like to let you know that the pain killers didn't quite fix the cancerous tumour which now could only be removed by amputation of her left leg from the hip.
I am asking that in the future to take it a bit more seriously, cancer is not just for older folk, and not to hesitate to recommend the patient to having a scan, it is better to check than guess.

Please don't see DR Stephen Mckelvie.
He is a danger to be working as a doctor had family and my self get second opinions because he did not see problems that were big problems on second opinion from other doctors. Long story short if my family member was still seeing him they would be dead now. Do not see that so called doctor under any circumstances.

Went for a appointment was on time waited 20mins had to leave, called back to see when i could get a appointment when the doctor was on time told that due to circumstances the doctors are very rarely on time, asked to have the doctors first appointment was told the doctor still might be late for that appointment dont know how if its his first appointment, was also told that if you make a appointment for eg 8.30 and the doctor is running late and you have to leave they will charge you $76 for missing youre appointment even though you were there and the doctor was late.

Worst ever, booked an emergency appointment with dr fong tang as my own GP was fully booked till the following wee. I ve been greeting while i was already in very bad shape by a complaint from that GP that i shouldn t seing him as it wasn t my general GP. Told him the story that i needed to see someone asap but once again he complained that he have to check my medical folder. Thought with their high gp fees that would be a minimum required. Didn t even check my blood pressure! Please avoid that dr.

Waiting on a COVID-19 result, rang earlier, was told Dr would ring me. Dr went home! No result! Told again another Dr would ring me. 1 hour 40 mins, still waiting. Rang surgery, on hold for 20 minutes! Gave up! Do they not realise, I can’t go and get food until I get that result!

Have been helped by 3 doctors here over the years and highly reccommend their services and skills. Dr Perse and Dr Pandit (?) are really good professionals and have helped me resolve difficult health issues through about 8 procedures in hospitals over 2-3 years. The front desk were also on the case and caring under sometimes crazy busy pressure. Good mob

The doctor who I have seen a couple of times Dr McKelvie instead always hurry's me out the door like I am wasting his time, didn't ask me for a note for work then when I rang back to get a note I collected it and proceeded to say I was fit for work when obviously I wasn't. Last time I see that doctor ever again a total waste of MY time.

If you want to see an arrogant, abrupt, dismissive doctor who wouldn’t blink if you dropped dead in front of him, make an appointment with Dr Tan. Oh and awful customer service from the reception staff too, great job guys!

Fantastic doctor who is sometimes behind schedule due to the providing
of correct care that some patients have required during the day. As you would expect. It isn't a train station.

Dr Stedman is a very caring and thorough doctor I recommend her to anyone. Occasionally have consultations with Dr Ashford and he is the same.

Thank you to Dr Luke Ashford and the Pheonix Medical Centre nurse team and Reception staff (Heena, Annabella, Sue, Ioni & Emma-shah). Everyone is very responsive and patient focussed even though they service a very large patient client base.
I am under ongoing cancer treatment with complication and other underlying conditions so time can be of the essence occasionally and the haven’t failed me yet.
Thank you one and all for your fine treatment, empathy and support. - Donald Hunter
