Pity I gave this business my money for approx. 10 years until I made a claim. Was told my excess was $500 then told $850 and they ended up charging me $2000 excess on a $2600 claim. Loyalty is worth nothing and I found that they really didn't have a clue to what my policy was. Do yourself a favor give these guys a miss and save yourself the stress when you need " peace of mind ". I can think of another four letter word they could swap out. I was given no peace of mind from phoenix insurance brokers.

Very unimpressed. Spoke to Phoenix weeks ago, seeking urgent cover for business. They were made aware our cover was due to expire and yet no response, no communication, nothing. When I rang, there was a frantic flurry to get quotes to me, but still only a quote for one of the items requested. Do not use this firm if you require any communication, follow up or action.

I have only just taken out a policy through Pheonix insurance brokers, I was very happy to see how hassle free the claim system works, I recieved all the help needed over the phone to process the claim to a very speedy resolution, the best insurance is not just the price of the policy but the claims process and assistance given when an unfortunate incident courts. I recommend Pheonix insurance brokers for all your insurance needs they have friendly and knowledgable staff that are happy to help.
