17I got the wonton and king prawn noodle soup take away and was delicious but feel like it gave me a bit of a tummy upset afterwards and still the following day. That’s put me off as it was cooked fresh
Food was not that great. It tasted like stock cubes. Onions scales were in the food which is disgusting.
I love to support small local business so please take this as constructive criticism. I haven’t had the Pho so I can’t comment on that but the Banh mi
Is terribly unauthentic and the rice paper rolls were hard and contained only two ingredients, meat and lettuce.
The dipping sauce was inedible.
Authentic Vietnamese food in my opinion is some of the best, fresh, tastiest food in the world. Some fresh herbs, sugar, lime and fish sauce along with some carrot, cucumber, spring onions and rice noodles goes a long way. I sincerely wish your food was better as your shop is local.
Inedible rice paper roll. Cold chips. Fried rice not cooked properly. Rude owner didn’t want to know about it. Don’t eat here.
This is one of Kalamunda’s hidden gems and
one of my new favourite places to eat! Their spicy beef noodles are very yummy and the proportions are generous and I always receive lots of meat and sprouts in my meal!
The staff here are also very lovely and polite and I look forward to eating here again! Just wish this store stayed open later!
Do not order here. They take your money then cancel your order without refund. Will then hang up on you if you call to discuss refund.
Hidden gem! I love good noodle soups, the Laksa is superb, so good in fact, I came back 2 days later to try the spicy beef. Wasn't disappointed, but the laksa was unbeatable! Great service too!
Wow I am really shocked that anyone could say ANYTHING bad about these guys? As you can see their ratings are mostly 5 stars with a couple of 1's. So I think the problem may have been the customers or a misunderstanding. I've been a customer since they 1st opened and it really impressed me that they took the time to learn their customers names AND remember them! I've seen their menu changes in the beginning as they tried to work out what was most liked and wanted. Some of the dishes initially that they tried were ok but now their menu is delicious and I've tried almost all of it! Highly recommend the Samosas, the spicy beef noodle soup, laksa and pho. They even had a Chicken Jerk at one point that was to die for!
They have great food at very fair prices but the service is the best. They've gone out of their way to make customers happy, they've made me dishes just before closing more than once and apologized profusely the few times they were out of something. We are moving soon and I'll miss their food but I'll miss their smiles most. I wish them great success. They work damn hard for it!
Update: We moved almost 2 years ago and although I have found two restaurants whose food is good, I still can’t find anyone who’s soups are a patch on these guys? I miss their spicy beef soup Soooooo much. Ahhh it was the best I’ve tasted. Nothing comes close
I absolutely loved this place and I allways will, me and my friends allways sit outside and whenever we order the lovely man behind the counter is super generous and kind I love pho one. ️
Me and my 2 friends love coming here, amazing food great service and one of the male workers is my absolute favourite he is so kind and respectful do recommend coming here
Good amenities, recently refurbished. Has a few specially stores. Handy with good parking access.
I've never been so disgusted with the service in my life.
Trying to order with a very pleasant lady, the cook came over as my friend was asking her husband what he would like. As he was parking the car. He said don't take woman's order as she was relaying it to the lady.
He made her put back what was already ordered. Made her feel so embarrassed. The man has no idea how to treat customers. I've Been an executive chef for over 20 years, Incharge of over three hundred restaurants across the uk. If any of my staff spoke to a customer like he did. They would have been fired for misconduct. I will never go back to that place again. Or any of my friends. I'll educated little man. Hopefully he will be out of business soon. The foods alway cold anyway. Such a shame, the other staff are lovely. He needs to find a job as a road sweeper where he has no contact with the public, and where his level of intelligence lays.

Rude owners who are very stingy with their portion size. Will go out of my way to avoid them and eat and other wonderful places with amazing service
Wow I am really shocked that anyone could say ANYTHING bad about these guys? As you can see their ratings are mostly 5 stars with a couple of 1's. So I think the problem may have been the customers or a misunderstanding. No I'm not related to Jackie or Ahn. (Apologies if the names are spelt incorrectly) I've been a customer since they 1st opened and I know their names because they took the time to learn their customers AND remember them!
They have great food but the service is the best. I'm a regular at that shopping center and I hear them use many customers names. They've gone out of their way to make customers happy, they've made me dishes just before closing more than once and apologized profusely the few times they were out of something. I remember Ahn even going to Coles to pick up an ingredient they'd run out of for a dish I love despite me saying it was fine I'd pick something else. Now if that isn't stand out service and evidence of caring about customers I don't know what is! We are moving soon and I'll miss their food but I'll miss their smiles most. I wish them great success. They work damn hard for it!
Very friendly service and good quality food - the pho and the wonton soup are especially good here. Definitely coming back when next in Kalamunda.
The pho is incredible, made with love, the broth is brewed for a full day and combined with spices. This Vietnamese food is really, really first class.
