The staff at Pharmacy 777 Flinders Sq are truly amazing. They are ever so helpful and a special thank you to Brenda who remembers my name every time I go in. She recently helped me with a stomach issue I've had for many years on and off and I have never felt better since taking the probiotic she recommended. Brenda also did a follow-up call to see how I was going, truly great service. Keep up the good work girls, you're the best

I went in to get my vaccine and the whole process easy and was seamless. Even though my appointment was last minute, they were able to accommodate me and it was done very quickly. Been there a couple of times for other pharmaceutical needs and was very satisfied with their service.

Great customer service, I have been in to get some advise on a number of occasions and every single time the pharmacist (can remember her name) has helped me with information and recommendations on what medication I should take and even diet. Definitely going back for any advice.

Incredibly disappointed with the poor service from the pharmacists at this chemist. I was refused an emergency supply of my medication despite the fact that I had been there to fill the script in the past and had my old box with the repeats written on it (which other chemists have done for me before). The lady who served me (didn’t get her name) looked me up and down and after I told her I hadn’t had my medication in few days as I was waiting to be paid and told me I should have “really thought about that earlier”. I later found out from another pharmacist that this was because they don’t get paid until I drop the script off. She clearly cared more about the money than my health and well-being. Do not go here

If you have the time or don’t need prescription drugs urgently make the effort to go to Chemist Warehouse, Priceline etc. The wife paid more than double for two basic prescription drugs - cost from Priceline was $18, Pharmacy 777 was $39. Can’t say that the service makes up for the price gouging either

I had booked a flu jab for my bestie couple of weeks ago and they were great
He was attended on time and well informed about flu shot. He was well explained the afger effect. They also gave him info on immunity booster that can help and enhance action of flu vaccine Also booking an appointment was quick and easy. Prompt reply over phone and no hassle of online forms etc.

I have had an excellent experience. Whenever I go to the pharmacy for prescriptions the pharmacists at the front counter are always very attentive. They make sure to ask how the medications are working for me and give me handy tips to help improve their use. The scripts are dispensed quickly and waiting time is at a minimum. I highly recommend this place

Every single times! I purchased medication or my multivitamin down there and i need to ask can they put the point on my royalty card.
Totally different services with others 777 pharmacy!

My elderly mother has been a regular here for sometime, but now goes elsewhere for advice. She feels rushed and feels like she cant ask questions about her medicines since the change of owner. This pharmacy advocates that a pharmacist always hands out scripts, not the case. The regular pharmacist with the glasses here appears absent and distracted. Its a shame, as it was close to us and we used to enjoy going here. Try elsewhere if you need actual health advice

Asked the staff for a specific kind of Betadine lozenges as I've had a sore throat from tonsillitis. The pharmacist serving me recommended an alternative that they said was the same thing, but better. Trusting the advice of the pharmacist I bought what they recommended which turned out to not be lozenges but BioCeuticals liquid capsules, this defeated the purpose of why I asked for lozenges in the first place. Admittedly, my fault for not taking the extra few seconds to look at what they were selling me, however I was sick and just wanted to get in and out, trusting the recommendation of the pharmacist. No idea why they would recommend liquid capsules when I was clear about what I had initially asked for, and why I wanted it. Lesson learned but still have a sore throat. Will not be going there again.
