Pharmacy 777 Dog Swamp

Not impressed with pharmacy who served me this morning. Went looking for my medication than proceeded to serve 2 other customers that came after me. Had to wait until the other pharmacist came in and asked me I got my medication.

I went in for a simple mask for my sleep anepa after a small talk I'm refused to buy one without blood test results. Went to next chemist and bought one no problem. Very odd place avoid if possible

Medicines at 3 times the price - go here!
Lovely pharmacy specialising in palming off the most expensive medicines to customers. Asked specifically for a generic version of a drug commonly available for 7$ at almost all pharmacies and voila I get charged 21$ for a branded version!
Did not even let me know they did not have the generic version and slipped this one through.
My fault as I should have taken the extra 10 mins to go to another normal pharmacy.
So yes if you want to pay 3 times more. This is the place to go!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area! Everyone is so lovely - especially Jovana and Michelle. I have not experienced that level of warmth and attentiveness before. If you are a local, I highly recommend you make it your go-to pharmacy.

The most amazing service you will ever receive from a pharmacy. The staff are friendly and supportive and are always available to assist with any concerns you may have. Jovana and Trupti go above and beyond with there specialist skills in holistic, integrative health care and are so caring and passionate. They always have time for their customers and have helped me many times to keep on top of my gut health and general health. I highly recommend this pharmacy and all the staff that work there, brilliant!

The girls are lovely and always go above and beyond with any queries I have.
They are also trained with holistic medicine and have helped so much to turn my gut health around. Cannot recommend enough!

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions.

The process in which they do things in this pharmacy differ between the staff and when you question it they claim that this is the way it is done over here.

Also my partner recently went in to this pharmacy for her COVID booster and has some side effects from the shot. She rang them up and asked if they could write her a doctors note for her work and said they could but charge $40. Are you kidding me?
My partner even went on to say that she had the booster shot done at your pharmacy and the reply she got was that it is not their fault but the vaccines fault.

Really.how long would it take to write this letter. 5 minutes at best and you want $40!

Very disappointing!

One of the most knowledgeable pharmacist teams around! They are passionate about their work and care about your health. They provide great advice and are very helpful.

I just went to buy sterilize needles for syringe. They didn't have in stock for selling. They didn't want to check if other 777 had in stock to save me time driving around. I agree with Jason Lurie comment. They have the policy ''that's the way how we are doing in here''. I had a little argument about it. Asking if they can just give me one needle if they don't have to sell. The answer was: ''This is my stock, why should I give it to you''. No sympathy at all. I left obviously frustrated.
Terrible Service. But I am pretty sure that is all about this one person been that careless.

Anna is just fantastic, always efficient from scripts to vaccines, such a great asset to this pharmacy.

Incredibly polite and kind staff members! We had booked our vaccine at another pharmacy by accident and got confused. The staff were so helpful, even though they were so busy, they booked us in so it was convenient for us. Lovely group of people.

Warm and friendly staff. Not my usual store but would not hesitate to shop there. Had several jabs there and it did not hurt abit.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 3 years since we moving to Yokine, and we have been provided with absolutely amazing care by each of the pharmacy staff at Pharmacy 777 Dogswamp. They have always been friendly, polite, extremely professional and very generous with their time and care. In recent times due to Covid, my wife and I have required more from the pharmacy staff, and they have gone way above and beyond in order to ensure we’ve received all of our prescribed medications, supplements and pharmacy items. The team members have taken the time to listen to our health concerns and have offered us excellent solutions, and they have worked very closely with our GPs to get the best outcomes for us. We walk in or call when we’re feeling terrible, but the expert care and warm, friendly service will always make sure we feel safe and comfortable, knowing that we are in the hands of a very experienced and knowledgeable team. Went looking for a knee brace. Anne who works their went above and beyond in service. Expected to find my own omongst the many. Not only did she recommend certain styles and materials but also what sort of area my pain was. Taking me aside she proceeded to measure my knee, provide the top 3 she thought was best and was able to try all 3. However i was sold on her first choice. Fit great and alot less pain. FANTASTIC!

I called to request a delivery as I am isolating due to covid in my family, the staff were very helpful on the phone. The items were delivered in a couple of hours with a lovely note. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

Definitely the best pharmacy in the area! Staff are attentive, friendly and caring. Had an excellent experience here today getting my flu vax and dropping off unused medications. Told me about the delivery service for medications and said pop in anytime I needed anything related to my pregnancy and beyond. They are always very thorough when getting my scripts. Have recommended it to other friends and family who have moved into the area!

Very disappointed at the heavily inflated prices of masks. It's tough enough out there and to be taking advantage of taking more money than people have due to selfishness. Really gross! $20 for 10 disposal masks yet you can get 50 for $20-$30 and 1 reusable for $20 when all over Perth they are $8 or 3 for $20. Gross!

I would highly recommend that if you would like a professional holistic approach to your health and not just someone who is a mainstream thinker, please do yourself and your loved ones a favour and contact Jovana!
