Pharmacy 777 Butler

Ive been waiting on hold for 21 mins to enquire about a service they provide as apparently butler pharmacy contacted my consultant from arche health saying they couldnt get through to me not sure if that is their normal protocol however i know most pharmacies do get to you in a reasonable time frame

Watched 4 girls doing absolutely nothing, waiting on a script.only to see it had been sitting there ready for agers.you guys are super slow these days.and I get if it's busy.but I was the only one in there.

I really like the naturopathic/natural (though good quality) supplements available here.doTerra oils available too. Vaccines done here too

I booked a health check 20min consultation two weeks in advance. When I arrived I was made to wait 20 minutes only to be told by the pharmacist that the pharmacist was off work and my appointment was cancelled.
Won’t be back here in a hurry. The pharmacist wasn’t off he was just to busy making prescriptions and running behind schedule to fit in the consult. They had all my contact details and only had to lift the phone and rearrange another appointment for me before I traveled there but that must have been to difficult for them. I had been fasting all day to get a accurate result for the blood sugar test. Thanks again for the non existent customer service Pharmacy 777 Butler. Your a champion!

Update…. I would like to add that I was contacted by the owner/manager of this pharmacy by telephone immediately after my review. I was very grateful for his apology. The gentleman very graciously took time to explain the circumstances behind my experience. He also tried to make amends by going over and above to accommodate me by rearranging another appointment with him personally that suited my availability. I admire his attempt to turn things around by tackling my displeasure head on, in a very professional manner, I really appreciated your call.

I have only recently started coming here, but I won't be going anywhere else in a hurry! The service is friendly and efficient and very helpful! Also I just got my Covid booster shot.the pharmacist administered it quickly and most importantly PAINLESSLY! Thank you so much!

My son had covax (vaccination) @9.50am this morning, administered by one of the staff, but didn’t get any cotton/plaster on the jab area afterwards? ! Thought it was the protocol after every injection? !

Absolutely disgusting that my wife was sick for 3 days from having a forced vaccine and 777 want to charge her $39 for a sick note! What a joke.

5 day snap lockdown announced on 31 Jan 2021 (masks mandatory). Masks were taken off shelves, pharmacist then charged $5 each for paper disposable masks. Does your business model include profiteering and price gouging? Shameful behavior.

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff here. And the deliver medications if your place order before 1230 you can get it on the same day.

A really great pharmacy! The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
