Pharmacy 777

Graham from 777 Jindalee was outstanding today. He helped us so much with a mix up we had with names on my sons script. Graham was patient and kind. Thankyou for employing people like him that brighten up people's day!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in. Had the unfortunate experience of going in this morning. All I wanted to do was to buy one thing. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. There were 7 staff in the store. Not once did one of them say, I’ll be with you in a moment. In fact the man went to the medication and started resorting the stock into neater lines, all while people are waiting! I get all of my scrips fr them (not anymore I won’t). Never again will I go there. 0/10 for no service! Totally inadequate all round.

Today 17.7.23 I called into Pharmacy 777 seeking a thumb brace. I found what I was looking for, but it was too big.
A very amiable young man offered me assistance and went out of his way to find another Pharmacy 777 who might have the brace I required! He made a few calls and located me one at Butler Pharmacy 777. He asked them to hold it for me and offered directions. I made my way to Butler where I was again met by excellent friendly staff.
I'm only sorry I didn't get the young mNs name, but thank you fir your assistance!

Went for a Covid booster. Staff were very friendly. The whole place was very clean. I hate needles, but was treated with kindness and respect.

Went today to buy some sterilised gauze. Spoke to Dianelle abt info for prebiotic n probiotic very good clear explanation. Thanks again sweet n kind Pharmacist

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. One in particular (young, blonde, glasses.name omitted for privacy.) likes to lecture and shame you loudly in front of everyone, even though you did everything that you are supposed to do correctly. She was snide, presumptuous and purposely difficult and made me feel like I had somehow cheated the system for medication. I have never left a chemist feeling so dismayed and upset. I will be logging a complaint with the PRB WA. This is supposed to be my new local chemist, but I will never step foot in there again.

The longest wait I have ever had at a pharmacy when there was hardly anybody in store. Plenty of staff in store who all appeared to be dealing with telephone/online prescriptions. Prioritize your in store customers!

Absolute first class service. I have covid 19 and i had run out of some medications i had no one to collect it on my behalf and they furst advised that they could not deliver for 2 days ince they understood the situation they arranged one of the in store staff to deliver it. First rate would definitely recommend them to anyone

What a disappointing experience after supporting our local Pharmacy for years - we are continually patient and kind to an employee who keeps getting evening order requests incorrect. Then when we need to exchange the incorrect item, we are met with resistance, attitude and snide remark from a staff member. Kindness and understanding costs nothing.

Absolutely fabulous service at 10.30pm at night with an email script even brining out to my car as I have babies in the car (had no other choice) just absolutely beautiful service thank you Chloe and the team

Was told today that, against my request, that she had to open my Ventolin and Seretide boxes to put a unhygienic label on them. I requested that she does not do this as it means breaking the security seal and touching MY mouthpieces, she offered to 'sticky tape the boxes closed again, defeating/ignoring my reasons for not wanting MY medications to be opened in the first instance. Took my scripts back and went to Discount Chemists nearby, who followed my request/instructions without question. SHE knows who she is. On other occasions I have used 777 Jindalee, ANY/ALL other staff members have NOT/NEVER had a problem following my requests to not open MY medications. Poor service today by HER.at the very least, SHE was ignorant AND dismissive.

As I have to pick up my scripts daily
There is a couple of pharmacist that constantly complain that I’m there at 7 in the morning
U are open at 7 so I don’t see why they have to be so rude
Especially the little bloke
Smiling and being nice is free

Rude forgetful staff have been waiting over 45min for my daughters prescription asked what the hold up was then told we forgot to prepare it. So another 20 min wait.

Dropped off prescriptions, asked if I could Pickup in 1/2 hour, told Yes. Came back 45 mins later, Not ready! Had to sit and wait 20 mins, not good enough, if you are short staffed (I saw at least 5 staff members) then advise the customer of delays when you take in prescriptions, real simple! Oh, and if the young staff spent less time laughing and chit chatting about personal stuff they might actually be able to get more prescriptions out, don't forget you are a Service so do some service. I'm going to another pharmacy from now, this isn't the first time I've had to wait.

Its nice how they remember me by name and always ask how my partner is doing.sometimes it's the little things that matter and make ur day so much better

Came in today to get masks and a script filled. Even though there was a line around the building, we were in and at the counter in under 20minutes. The staff were quick and efficient, our script was filled incredibly quickly and they were still smiling. Thanks guys for being so solid while other shopping centres were in chaos.
