Very easy to booked online on their website.
The pharmacist who did mine friendly and professional.
You can claimed a free flu shot for certain private health member. They can check for your eligibility.

They are well stocked and very helpful, i saw the pharmacist assistants help some people to advice some suitable treatments for people that came to the counter.
They have a chair with an electric lower back massage, which can be use in waiting period.

Plenty of parking, but I can see it can be full sometimes because it located next to a busy GPs practise.
Bus stop available near by.
Across the road there are good noodle place & restaurants, barbershop and big oval.

Very helpful staff. When my husband went in and mentioned I had a new baby they sent him home with a thoughtful gift bag. Was much appreciated for a new mum

The Pharmacy 777 in Langford offer free delivery for medicine you order over the phone. That's a such great service especially when you are not well. They just deliver what you need to your doorstep. And they do Covid Vaccine as well.

If it wasn't for the older white lady with curly short hair, the customer service would be great. Was having trouble trying to book a covid booster shot online and couldn't. Went down to ask for help and was told that I had to go online even though the system wouldn't let me. Very disappointed in this.

I came in today to get my 1st Moderna COVID-19 vaccine as I work a few minutes away.
When I walked in they were really busy, but attended to me quickly. Jesslyn the pharmacist was exceptionally friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable (I don’t like needles). It was so easy and I’m feeling much better now going back for #2
This pharmacy has a very good vibe. Everyone - staff and customers - were all smiling and happy. It’s obvious they have a strong relationship with their customers.

The staff are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. My son had really bad eczema and their suggested treatment and products were spot on.

Overpriced, proven twice already.

If only I had not have a terrible headache, will definitely make an effort to go somewhere else eventhough these guys is next to my GP. Same feeling as being scammed.

Fastest service I've ever experienced. Staff are all very courteous and friendly and greet me by name. I use this pharmacy for all my prescriptions. Open 7 days until late. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I go in once or twice every couple of months for script repeats. I am always greeted by name. Consider the amount of people they see, this is amazing. Beyond that they are genuinely caring. (Though my name on script is different to this review i hope you know it's me lol)

Gave me wrong dosage although asked specifically about it. When I came back to exchange for the right one, they declined to do that although promising it over the phone. Poor service and overpriced. Dont recommend.
