Pharmacy 777

I found the staff were arrogant and rude when they're in the wrong. Too busy asking if you've ever used the product and then on to more questions to up-sell other products, to actually read the doctor's instructions of "no replacement". Plus the name of the cream was included on the script, no excuse.

Been coming here for years the staff are beyond nice all the pharmacist do a really good job

Mia, wow! What a rude woman. She lost a prescription and made up a story to the manager in regard to this matter and told me I hadn't handed it in. Mistake corrected the next day no thanks to her. Treats some customers like we are beneath her. Very upsetting.

Today i called 1 hour ago and asked for a flue jab and if i could walk in. The staff was arrogant and asked me to book online and said they couldn’t do it today. Wastage of time and resources, won’t see it again

Had to stop in the morning for some medication. My bub had fallen asleep on the car ride there. Once I parked (out the front), I called to ask if they could still help me from my car. They brought the medication to the car and I was able to pay by card as they had the card machine with them ready to go. Super helpful! Great service!

I visited this store this morning. The lady that served me with the reading glasses was so helpful and kind and polite. You don't see that very often any more.

Sleep Study at Midland Pharmacy 777 with Eric Thow

We are so glad that we had come to this store to get sleep test for my Husband for the treatment of Sleep Apnea.
Eric was so helpful from the beginning, organizing the sleep test to choosing a suitable CPAP Machine and Mask. My husband was a bit reluctant at first for going through the whole process but Eric went above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and make him at ease choosing the correct Masks, which he let him try on a few different masks during the trial period. He was so patience and answered all the questions and even called my husband personally to check up on how he was going sleeping with the CPAP machine on.
We would 110% recommend Pharmacy 777 Midland for treatment of Sleep Apnea.

First time at this pharmacy but my mum and I were very impressed by the professional and helpful service from Jade. We are also very pleased to know that this store opens 7 days from 7AM to 11PM. Great service team, we are very appreciated your excellent service.

Had a flu jab appointment waited 20 minutes after the appointment time. Pharmacist didn't even wipe it clean just jabbed it in.

So slow. Honestly ive been there 3 times for basic prescriptions its a longer wait than a doctors surgery everyone in there is to busy havin a chat

When they're good they're good, although I've found for about the last six months there's possibly new staff who laugh and socialise while you stand for ages waiting, even when it appears they're not busy, which is a pity as Ive been using them for years and they've always been really good

Both very happy and very disappointed in staff here.

One of the younger staff took my form to do a walk in second dose vaccination that I had signed.
I explained that I circled all the vaccinations as I would like to discuss this with the person doing the vaccine as I believed my paperwork from a different branch of 777 showed the AstraZeneca when in fact I had Moderna. I wanted to make sure what they had given me vs what is on the records and just make sure I get the same one.

She smiled, nodded and then ticked the AstraZeneca on my filled out form, and booked me in accordingly.

When it came time to get it done the pharmacy was under the impression that I was getting the AstraZeneca. I had to stop them and ask for my paper to reconfirm that I had asked to speak with someone first.
One of the senior staff wearing a beautiful beige head dress took the time to look over my history and saw that the batch number was in fact Moderna and the AstraZeneca was just human error.

She took the time to call the other branch twice and after not getting through, gave me the details to follow up and explained to the person doing the vaccination the ordeal to make sure I got the right second dose.

Thanks to this lovely senior staff member, I avoided what could have been the incorrect vaccination. I sincerely hope the junior staff member is reviewed as I am pretty sure it is unlawful (and potentially fraudulent) to change someone's paperwork after it has been signed and dated and not take into consideration what was a valid health concern.

I understand it was busy, but this is peoples health they are dealing with.there is no room for error via negligence.

The jab itself was quick and painless, all other staff were absolutely lovely and thanked me for my demeanour and patience while they sorted the whole thing out. Apparently people had been giving them grief all day.

Was being served,! The lady went to get what I needed, and within 30 seconds another staff member approached me and asked if Inwas being served.

This pharmacy is open 7 days a week. Called to book flu vaccination for a family of 4. Eric booked us on a Monday bank holiday and even adjusted his roster a little bit so he can administer the vaccines himself. He just have to ensure that there were at least 2 qualified staff in the pharmacy as scheduled. On arrival, staff were friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the service today. Thanks for all your help. Highly recommend this pharmacy the staff are lovely. Will definitely be back

Went to 777 for a script. It had to be ordered in and took 3 days, no problem.
When I got home after picking up the medication, I realised the 777 pharmacy staff did not give me the repeat script paperwork with the medication, so, went back to 777, only to be adamantely told by 777 staff that, the particular medication did not have any repeats.
This I knew for a fact was incorrect.
When I demanded that they dig out the original doctors script from their paperwork system, they wer very reluctant to do so.
After much searching the original script (which was typed and not hand written) was found-CLEARLY STATING THAT 2 REPEAT SCRIPTS WERE AUTHORISED.
So much for relying on pharmacy staff to correctly read prescriptions and dispense medication as per the perscription directives.
I learned a lesson here, double check everything when other people are involved.

Called the pharmacy in advance to ask if I would be able to get a vaccine at the time I would be at the pharmacy, when I get down at said specified time they say "there is no one on site to administer your vaccine". Wasted my time. Don't know who was responsible for this but I am very unimpressed and disappointed.
