CHECK DOSAGE & PRESCRIPTIONS
I had a troubling experience recently with this pharmacy. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics for the first time, and something about the dosage didn't seem right. I asked a doctor friend to review it after-hours, and to our surprise, the pharmacist had made a mistake on the dosage.

Mistakes can happen to anyone, but what was more concerning was the pharmacy's response when I called to report the error. The person I spoke to lacked empathy and didn't seem to appreciate the gravity of such a mistake. It wasn't the response I expected when bringing a potential risk to their attention.

I'm leaving a 1-star review because of this incident. My advice is to double-check your prescriptions and dosages, especially at this pharmacy. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Just purchased my son's antibiotics (repeat) at this pharmacy, I was charged $22. The first script I picked up southlands pharmacy for less than $15. It's the exact same product (brand & size) and such a big price difference. I will never purchase another thing for pharmacy 777 Willetton!

Come here if you want to be price gouged. Significantly more expensive than any other pharmacy.

Went there to return an Amazon parcel as part of return service they do and the staff were not really helpful nor want to do this, before they said it takes 30 mins for the return code to appear on their system so I went to shops and came back and then they said the label maker isn't connected. When I asked why they couldn't tell me in the first place the response from on of staff was " things happen" no apologies for wasting my time when I came with a kid who was meant to in the bed by the time.

I've been going to this pharmacist for over 6 years and they have always gone out of their way to help me and given me as much information as possible. I now live in a different suburb but still come back to this store if I'm in the area.

Frequently use this Pharmacy & have nothing but the highest praise for all the Staff. Personal, knowledgeable & caring!

Got what I wanted easily but difficult to move around when a few people are waiting for scripts.

Came in to request CPAP trial, but had the feeling they didn’t know how to deal with my situation. I decided to see a specialist in Perth and received perfect advice and service!

My advice, go see a specialist and not a pharmacy.

Went in at 7am, half asleep and in a mad panic to find something to give my husband relief. The pharmacist was absolutely lovely! So patient and helpful and very sympathetic of my non-awakedness. I really appreciated the excellent assistance and the price was great! Not to mention that they were open so early. Legends!

Went in the pharmacy store to get the prescription medication on Saturday. One of the guy who I think is the owner, David has served me and he's open the medication package and remove half of the tablets away from the package and cut it with the scissors from the package which I have received and purchased. I was shocked when I saw that as I have never have any pharmacist open the medication package and take the medications away from the package. Secondly, the prices I was charged were double the prices despite the 11 tablets was taken away out of 21 tablets in total. I thought I went here to get it as closed to where I lived and also my first time having prescription medication here and I will never come here to get it anymore.

Refused to supply RAT test on concession, overcharging for private price (compared to other chemists)

Highly knowledgeable pharmacist, always polite and I’ve only ever had excellent customer service.

Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with has been absolutely fantastic. David, Christie and Jess are all very patient and willing to go the extra mile to help. David especially is very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk to, he has been amazing over the last several weeks in helping me make the right decision with CPAP therapy. Highly recommend this team.

Great pharmacy. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Late close is really helpful too.

Terrible pharmacy. Go to Southlands Pharmacy down the road (run by a good pharmacist named Stephen) or Market City Pharmacy in Canning Vale, run by a good young Vietnamese man named John.

Overpriced products and rude pharmacists. They do not acknowledge you when you are queuing.

The proprietor/manager/owner or what ever he is, is a little man named David with a Mediterranean surname who wears two gold necklaces. This man never ever smiles at you unless you are 70 or older and comes across as very arrogant.

I went in there to pick up a schedule 8 prescription for my wife who was going through chemotherapy and I was asked a million questions by a particular pharmacist and insisted that they speak to my wife because of a "duty of care". Even though I had gone through the same procedure for the same drug 3 times before, with much less hassle.

If you go there to buy a schedule 3 (over the counter drug) you will be asked a minimum of 5 questions and be given advice on what else you should be taking. I personally was introduced to lavender oil when I tried to purchase an over the counter sleep aid. I go to a pharmacy to buy something I know about and something that I want. I DON'T go there for advice, unless I ask for it. Pharmacists are not doctors, as much as they wish they were.

Avoid this place.

Great service, staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists have a vast knowledge and helped me with an issue with my medications. The owner David is really kind. Thank you guys!

Worst service in town. Left me standing in the que while they chatted about their life problems. Would never give them a dime

Worst customer service ever. I would give half star if it were possible, I will never come back to Pharmacy 777 Willeton. The Pharmacy assistant was very nice and helpful, however Jess Low the pharmacist was extremely rude with no manners. Pharmacy 777 should have a short course on how to treat customers politely instead of being rude. Thank you!

Super helpful, supportive and kind staff. I have been visiting them every couple of weeks for last few months and every time I had a wonderful experience. Compassionate and knowledgeable.
