Like other people here have said, I never thought I would find myself reviewing a pharmacy, but these people really are outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, professional yet friendly - it really feels like an old-style local community pharmacy, which is otherwise a dying breed. If you need a pharmacy staffed by genuine experts who really care, this is the one for you.

The service at this pharmacy was so immaculate I had to write a review. My partner and I came in to pick up some ointments and vitamins, and the lovely Shayan was with us right away with a big smile, pointing us in the right direction and cracking jokes along the way, making us feel super comfortable and at ease. We accidentally left our car lights on, but it wasn't a problem as we were in and out with everything we needed in under 5 minutes. I don't think there's another pharmacy out there that could hold a candle to that level of customer service - thankyou Shayan!

Havoc was unwrathed in my household when a pharmacist here decided to give out a schedule 8 drug 10 days after the original prescription had been dispensed. Careless and Dangerous

I never thought I'd want to review a pharmacy but this place... I actually look forward to coming here haha. Every single experience I've had there has been so positive. It's the staff! I had to go to this pharmacy when my mother was dying and needed specific medication from there. The staff were so lovely and compassionate and made these visits a lot easier. I have since gone there for something a lot less pressing (a mouth ulcer) and was still treated with the same care and respect. Most pharmacies are very transactional and don’t seem to really listen to the person in front of them, but these guys do. They definitely will go out of their way to listen and find solutions for you. There are tonnes of pharmacies closer to me, but I would rather go here.

Excellent service! Very resourceful, gave me good advice and options for supplements to suit my need. Even got a cup of water to take my supplement straight away!

When my 13 year old cousin came in trying to buy jelly beans for her diabetic mother who was having a hypo, instead of being helped she was accused of being a thief and when she pleaded her case and gave her $4 for the $3.95 worth of jellybeans, she was shooed along without being given her change, I know only 5c but made her feel more anxious in an already stressful situation, she was trying to do right and this was her first time having to do something like this and when my mother called to make a complaint and wanted to talk to the pharmacist in charge she was denied this and put on to the lady who made my cousin feel like this, and this lady said to my mother, she was having a bad day and if my cousin comes in again she won’t speak to her. Which I believe is wrong she should apologise if she sees her again.

LOVEEEE this place! Every single time I come in here I love it.very helpful. I'm annoyed, at the fact that I don't know their name, but this one male worker (I apologise for the gender assumption) always greets with a smile and he's genuinely the best worker ever.he is the sweetest human and doesn't give off any judgemental vibes. I honestly can't stress how amazing he was. He is tall, and worked today at 6ish, alongside his coworker Shayan. Shayan was also very respectful and communicative.
I do have to say some of the ladies aren't as inviting but not to an extent I would complain.

They overcharged customers for a period of quite a few weeks earlier this year; they know they did and admit they did, but they refuse to issue a refund?
This has always my favourite pharmacy: local, friendly and with knowledgeable staff; until I quite by chance noticed that over the course of two monthly prescriptions earlier this year, I was charged about $58 per script, instead of the usual $44.
So I went into the shop, armed with receipts. After I got past the initial episode of "mansplaining" by Mr Gary Finucane who kept cutting me off trying to guess what I was going to say rather than listen to me actually say it, I pointed out that at some stage the price of my item seems to have gone up considerably, before being lowered again.
I fully expected this to perhaps be due to a currency exchange fluctuation. I did not expect to be told that this was due to a new computer system being introduced, which had allocated incorrect prices to items of medication. When I asked whether there should be a refund, I was told they were not in the habit of giving refunds.
No refunds for customers that have been ripped off when you know you have ripped them off?
It is totally irrelevant whether or not these have been claimed on someone's extra's cover. It is not the insurer's job to compensate for your "error". The customer or the insurer needs to be compensated, depending on who is out of pocket.
It would assume that I was equally overcharged for my medicare items over the same period for which I have every right to expect a refund.
Outrageous! I will certainly be taking this further.the 3 stars I have given are for the other, not so arrogant staff and pharmacists that I usually encounter there.
(as for the response by the owner telling me to call them: I emailed them and they chose not to respond. I can only assume they don't want to admit to this in writing. I will not take this to the dept of Consumer Protection)

Provided an out of date vaccine and then replaced it with a wrong vaccine. Potentially dangerous on both accounts. Thank goodness the doctor and nurse at the nearby clinic were switched on.

I love coming to this pharmacy - the staff are friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help. Even during peak pandemic pressures, they went above and beyond to help me. I wouldn’t get my medications anywhere else.

By far the best pharmacy you will find. I always leave with a smile on my face. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly (like a family) and are always quick to help. The place is always well stocked with a wide variety of products. One of the staff has recently helped me choose the best prenatal vitamins. They also stock the best range of affordable polarised sunglasses. I trust this pharmacy 100% I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can absolutely recommend this pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they were able to answer all the questions that I had. They really go above and beyond to help out their customers.
