Amazing service. I visited after 9pm Saturday night and staff couldn't be friendlier. The pharmacist was really helpful and informative about my medication. Loved the music in the store too. It made my visit relaxing and friendly. Thank you all!

Very disappointed would not order cancer medication without actually having a to physically bring script because of financial implications.

I went to get contact solution and the girl working there told me it was what I needed. Went home and opened it only for it to not be contact solution and when I went back immediately to return they said there’s nothing that they could do since it’s opened. You guys told me it was the right one and sold it to me yet can’t take any responsibility for your own stuff up and resolve situation. Horrible customer service do not recommend shopping here.

We've been visiting Lisa and Alana at the Whitfords baby clinic since our first born was a few months old. They've been so amazingly helpful with everything from taking weight/growth measurements, giving advice with breastfeeding and sleeping struggles and more recently, advice with teething and starting solids. It's been really helpful having both nurses available for a chat in person, rather than rely on Google when we're not sure about something! Grateful for their professional help and friendly chats!

Popped in with some questions regarding my baby's eczema the nurse services were a amazing! So informative and helpful. The private room was great to be able to share concerns and feed my baby while she gave me the advice I needed. Such a great resource for parents in the community.

I visited nurse Lisa to have my baby weighed and measured. She was very professional/knowledgeable, extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She also organised some appointments with other organisations to ensure my baby was getting the best professional help they needed. I am always happy with their service, especially being a walk-in service with babies. However, I would love it to be available each weekday if possible as it is such a great service.

Not recommended at all.
I was prescribed Amoxicillin with one repeat. Despite the consession card number written on the prescription I was charged full price and was given the repeat precription back.
When I realised the over charge, i went back to the pharmacy for a refund. I was told to get the refund they have to cancel the repeat, which they did, and I have to go back to the doctor for a new prescription?
So if I pay the full price the repeat is OK, but with the concession, they have to cancel the repeat.
The doctor clinic advised that one repeat is permitted as long as the treatment is for less than a month.which was only for 10 days in my case.
I will not go to this pahrmacy again and I recommend you don't go too.

The walk-in child clinic available for free at this pharmacy is the best support to new parents! I can't thank Alana enough for helping us. It's so good to know that a registered nurse is available in case we are desperate, thank you for providing this amazing service.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Rude, discriminatory staff that give terrible advice and do nothing to go out of their way to help. My husband went here after we realised I had run out of my regular daily medication that I am unable to stop abruptly. They said they normally only dispense an emergency (2 day) supply "at their discretion" and were choosing not to dispence it with no further explantion. We preceded to go to another 777 pharmacy, who dispenced it immediately, understanding the prompt need for this medication. We normally keep our scripts on file at our local pharmacy, however it has limited opening hours so we assumed on this occasion there would be someone who could help, turns out it is certainly not anyone at pharmacy 777 Whitfords. Seems to me that "at my discretion" is actually "at my discrimination", so please, avoid this horrendous place if you can. I would absolutely love a reply from 777 pharmacy whitfords as I am beyond perplexed by the actions of your staff at this particular pharmacy when the response from other 777 pharmacies have been so different.

Extremely disappointing and would not go there again. A script was faxed and a hand copy was delivered by another pharmacy on the same afternoon as it needed to be compounded. I was informed l needed to phone and discuss cost and whether l wanted to go ahead. I phoned and the the guy l spoke to was very disinterested and unhelpful claiming the script was not there. I phoned the next day, the script was there and would take 2 days to make up and l would be phoned when it was ready.l eventually phoned and was told it was ready but they forgot to phone me. To add insult when my husband went in to collect it he was told there nothing in my name to pick up. Hopeless!

From the inital phone conversation with Joe to the delivery of my script to my home I couldnt have had better customer service. I 100% recommend them.

Excellent service today, when I had my 4th booster covid, did not even know I had the needle, very gentle.

After being greeted with indifference, disinterest and vagueness by quite a few pharmacies and doctors rooms when enquiring about the Novavax vaccine, I ended up at Pharmacy 777 Whitford City. What a difference! From the start, from my initial enquiry to making my appointment to the day I was vaccinated on the 24th February, they were great. My next vaccine will be done in March, appointment already booked. They are a highly efficient and motivated team providing excellent service and care. This pharmacy is nothing short of brilliant.

The pharmacists here are always excellent. They are knowledgable, friendly and give helpful advice. Today the pharmacist farewelled me by saying "I hope you feel better soon" which is such a polite and friendly gesture. Great service.

So glad you overcharged me for a prescription blaming a expired Medicare card and its valid till 2026. I have a Medicare card and when I rang no help from your staff at all. $50 I won't get back, so glad you took the vulnerability of a 16 year old who knew know different to the cost, almost a year each month $6 prescription for her, send her and now suddenly $41, finding somewhere new.at least Terry White chemist or Padbury pharmacy actually care.if I could rate less i would.and when I rang, sorry can't move due to back/nerve injury absolutely no help.again glad I lost over 30 dollars.is that claimable on tax

You may get access to everything in the shop easily as the aisles and cupboards are arranged appropriately and the salespersons are accessible and available all the time. They are very informative for what you are looking for and give advices for better decision on proper medicine.

We had a great experience at pharmacy 777 whitfords. The staff are welcoming and the nurse Lisa was so helpful with our newborn, answering all our questions and offering amazing advice. Love shopping here as well, great selection and availability. Thank you!

Always excellent and friendly service. Great range of products and super fast with orders. I would recommend using this chemist. They have great hours and very helpful with advice. Discount chemists not worth the hassle, pay extra and get a great service and product. Highly recommend checking them out.

Came in late on a Friday for some prescriptions after visiting urgent care. The staff was amazing, in particular Miranda who was extremely patient and helpful. She even helped scanned my receipts for workers comp even though she didnt have to! Thank you!:)
