The staff here both reception and the vet are friendly, efficient and professional. The advice I received gave me options with no pressure and I left feeling confident that my cat is OK for now. Time was taken by Dr Zoe to bond with my cat and ease her stress. Thoroughly recommend this vet practice.

Our annual check for both cat and dog was great. Welcomed upon arrival and vet Dr Rebecca was fantastic providing feedback throughout entire appointment for both animals, especially with a particular concern with our dog.
Have been going to PetStock Brighton for many years and very happy to recommend their services.

Terrible customer service. We have been going here for years. My dog just had major surgery. I rang to request some assistance and relief as he was destroying the house and i was worried for his recovery. They never called me back. Then once i rang back was told my message was never passed on? Lack of care, neglect and not to mention no decency for a person who is literally crying for help. Go elsewhere if you want decent care. They are overly expensive and the reception staff are extremely rude

Amazing vets. Sadly I had to put my old cat to sleep yesterday. The vet was so very kind and understanding and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in a private room saying our goodbyes. All the staff that we dealt with understood our pain and comforted us as much as they could. Would recommend them 100% for all your vet needs. I cannot fault them at all and was so grateful to have such caring people around when we had to make this hard decision.

My beautiful baby, Angus, needed a good clip and some dental cat work. He was well looked after and although he is unhappy with his jumper wearing, he is very happy to be rid of his matted fur. He could definitely feel the love at the vets.

First visit to this vet. From the very knowledgable and friendly reception to the caring nature of the vet. I will be back whenever my cats need care. Highly recommended.

I just wanted people to know how amazing this practice is. I’ve had dogs and cats with them for years now and can’t recommend the vets and nurses here enough. Today we had a huge emergency with out 15 year old black cat who is extremely important to us. Dr Zoe and the team were outstanding and compassionate. The care was second to none and I want to offer my thanks and gratitude for the way both myself and my partner and Salem were cared for.

After our precious 15 year old rescued Golden Retriever (I rescued him when he was 6) passed away humanely at home with my husband and I by his side in March 2021, I knew I was heading down a dark path of depression. That was when my husband organised a meet and greet with our now rescued 4 year old German Shepherd in late June. We spent about $400 at PETstock the day before she came into our care. She absolutely loves the Prime100 SPD Lamb & Rosemary logs we cut up in much smaller pieces for her treats, as well as the Kangaroo Fillets. The staff there are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Brighton PETstock are going be our go to. A+

This Pet Store has the best customer service by far. All the staff greet you at the door and are very knowledgeable. At checkout they always offer to help carry the dog food to the car.

Highly recommended a visit.

Very angry and disgusted with the consultation and treatment of my dog who turned out to be very ill. Bloods delayed due to hospital closure. I was told to go to the EVH if I was concerned. I wasn’t even asked how he was doing when they cancelled. I tried to fast track his care by trying two other vets in the area and was turned away. One had closed its books to new clients and the other had a 3wk wait. My dog was ill he needed a second opinion, I needed clarification.
I was told go to the EVH. They only take emergencies. I was told I would have a long wait. I booked him in the next day at 8.30, prepared to wait all day if necessary. After hanging up the phone I went into the bedroom to witness my dog having a major seizure. Rang EVH back, and of course he’s now classified as an emergency.
Took him straight there, he was cannulated and given a full exam as well as X-rays and ultrasound.
I was asked If I was told how very anaemic he was, no I wasn’t, the vet didn’t look at his colour when I went.
He had a mass on his liver and the reason his belly was extended was it was full of blood. I had to have him put to sleep. Surely there is a process of elimination if his extended belly isn’t due to being overweight or CHF, that their must of been some sort of fluid in his abdomen which needed urgent attention. He was seen on the Monday, the practice was closing on the Friday, there should have been a contingency plan put in place for dogs that didn’t meet the emergency requirements for the EVH.
I was a vet nurse in the 70 and 80s, we NEVER NEVER turned anyone or animal away especially if the owner was concerned. I am heartbroken and won’t be using any vet again. I will be using the mobile home vet for my other dog from now on.

Thank you to everyone involved with a recent teeth clean for my beloved crazy husky. From the initial booking with reception, to the caring vets and after care, it was just a good experience and her teeth look fantastic now?

I have been trying to make an appointment the last few weeks to which every receptionist I’ve spoken to has been incompetent. There is only one day a week after a certain time I am available due to work so I only book my appointments for this specific time. FOUR times in two weeks they have booked me for the wrong day/time and had the nerve to say it was my fault and list them as missed appointments and not offer a resolution.

This isn’t the first bad experience I have had at this vet, they care about money more than the animals. A vet there even admitted the centre was going broke and they needed money asap (this was last year) which is why they wouldn’t treat a pet of mine at the time without payment first even though he was bleeding out from a dog attack.

I will not recommend this vet practice to any loving pet owner. Unprofessional and rude staff. Our pets deserve better and as pet owners so do we! One star rating is too many.

I could not have asked for more caring and understanding staff when my 22yo girl "Whitey" had to go to the rainbow bridge. They even gave me a beautiful card with her paw prints and a vial of her fur for keeping my memories of her safe. Thank you all from the bottom of my
