PETstock Swan Valley

Since my sister & I visited Petstock Swan Valley several months ago prior to adopting our rescue dog it has become our main go to pet store for all our food & treat needs. Special thanks to Sheree who guided us on treats & other items early on our adoption journey & for referring us on to co-worker MJ who, as an owner of Miniature Schnauzers was able to provide fantastic advice on the specific dietary requirements of this breed. Our boy is now thriving on the Big Dog brand of frozen Kangaroo meat/veggie/fruit combo as well as their brand of Probiotic powder. The latter is helping to gradually get rid of orange stained fur around his muzzle & paws. Thank you both for your friendly, efficient help & support. We wish you & the whole team at Petstock Swan Valley a very happy Christmas with family & loved ones & especially your own furry companions.

Great staff and a wonderful grooming team. We have a big fluffy malamute and they always make her look fantastic and take wonderful care of her. The grooming staff always deserves an extra star for their care factor and excellent work HIGHLY recommend

As our old dog Kaspar isn't
unsteady on his feet and cannot stand for long we are very concerned when we leave him anywhere. But again your staff were absolutely wonderful with him. They are so caring and considered with his condition. Thank you so much

Very upset with the service I received with the groomers. This was my pups first time getting groomed and I booked in at 8: 30am and was at the front of the line. The lady told me he would be ready to pick up at 10: 30am and I would receive a text but if I hadn't by then to give them a call. I ended up having to call the store however, the line was busy and I couldn't even get through. I decided to go anyway since I didn't want him waiting around for me as he was quite scared of this new situation. When I arrived the groomers informed me that he hadn't even been started yet! He had been tied up on his own scared for 2 hours. Their reason for it was short on staff however, the dogs behind me in the line were already being groomed before my pup. Such poor service! I would've brought him in at the 10: 30am slot if I knew this would happen. I cancelled my grooming service and took him home as I wasn't going to leave him there any longer than he already had been and I definitely won't be returning!

I've been served by Sheree several times, and she is always friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to get me tendon boots in the right style, size and colour from another store, and even organised for it to be send over the same day! I didn't have to go to the Belmont store, which is a huge time saver for me. Thank you Sheree!

I get my cavoodle groomed here every few months for over a year now. The team do an amazing job!

Just stopped in to get a doggy treat, after feeling guilty for leaving our boy home for a few hour's. They had what we wanted, and the service was delightful. Best part was meeting their sweet dog, such a little gentleman, could have cuddled with him all day. Definitely call in again, next time we are up in swan valley.

This place is great, there are items here for dogs, cats, fish and in particular - horses.

The staff are super helpful - they found exactly what I wanted for my little dog.

Theres an auto doggy wash outside and groomers inside if you want your pooch pampered.

The carpark is a decent size for many cars and big enough for trailers too.

Obviously Jack ‘the manager’ is not an animal lover.
I come here as a regular for dog grooming using afterpay. Jack advised that afterpay was down since yesterday, but Jack suggested I phone Afterpay myself, failing that he can’t let me take my dogs and I can come pack and collect them this afternoon. Leaving my dogs an a cage until this afternoon is not an acceptable consideration, and the fact that he thought it was is appalling.

I come here every fortnight. Why wasn’t there a sign advising people, I would have left before getting them groomed?

Why wasn’t the issue acted on as soon as he arrived at work, so that I don’t have to miss my appointment waiting here for 30minutes?

Why couldn’t I come back this afternoon or tomorrow or as soon as they called and make the payment without having to leave my dogs there, I’m a regular customer and I thought my loyalty has already been demonstrated, this is so disheartening.

Generally speaking when certain people are on, the service is good. But when they are not there, it feels like having to inconvenience those who are more interested with themselves than helping customers.

Lu was extremely helpful and very friendly to us when we came in and had a few questions about horse feeds! Will definitely be back for feed soon! Thankyou Lu!

I operate a horse feed shop in the midwest/northwest and when i come down to perth to collect from suppliers its often that some items are missed, as a result i can always rely on pet stock to have the stock on hand and at great pricing! The staff are always so amazing here every time! I recommend this place to anyone in the region

Would not recommend this place for anything to do with fish. Iv just started a new tank was given bad advice then a male and pregnant female molly. Male has been causing havoc in my tank. They will not accept returns of fish so am now stuck with a pregnant molly in another tank witch will probably die. Also got 2 dog treats from there same day and both dogs were vomiting all night. Highly recommend ellenbrook pet stock. I will never return here

Usually love this store everyone is normally so friendly. However came in at 5.50pm on Tuesday evening and the staff weren't to friendly. I didn't even make it to the counter before they were asking me questions about my account obviously and trying to speed up the process. Little disappointed with this experience.felt like i was getting kicked out. Particularly after spending over $100.

The two girls there today were super friendly and helpful and very patient helping me sort out a new harness for my staffy!

I can only review the diy dog wash as that's all I went for
It is located outside which is perfect for this time of the year, not sure how nice it will be in the colder months.
The usual cost and facilities u would find anywhere else, unfortunately only one bath is working (I have been twice, few weeks between visits and still not working)
The gate of the working bath closes but wasn't latching closed properly, keep in mind if you have a little escape artist

Great customer service, everyone is friendly and helpful. I also love that you can earn brand cash and pet stock dollars and this makes petstock one of the cheapest places to get pet supplies.
