PETstock Mandurah

Had our dog groomed here he was given a summer cut very happy with the results, price was good as well.

I really like browsing Petstock. They have so much stock. I love the commitment to animals in need via advertising, donations and events. The click and collect ordering system definitely needs improvement. There is always a problem of some sort. 1 particular woman insists on you telling her every item ordered. I order online under daughters name and she picks up. Has id, screenshots of confirmation etc. But she gets very snippy very quickly.

Could not be happier or more impressed with service and product knowledge from staff. 1st member was polite and knowledgeable (very young) re products we needed for a staffy with allergies but as i got a bit more needier with questions she got another member with more experience who couldnt do enough to assist me and help out with our needs.both are a credit to the company and we will be doing all our pets shopping there from now on. 10/10 ladies

Went to Petstock today to get some fish and was served by Jotti (tall, long dark hair woman). I'm a beginner and didnt have a filter for my fish tank yet so she refused to sell me any fish and told me to go get some from pet city,
I was confused and asked if she wasnt going to sell me the fish? She replied saying that they dont like selling their fish to customers that have no filter rather than upselling me the filter.

I left felling really upset by the way she treated me and could only wonder how many more sales she have sent away to other businesses.

Staff lie and deceitful towards ripping people off- we called to conform they would take our 6 bunnies at $20 each, we call again on the day to be told they will take only 2 and only paying $15 each, we get there and then they won't take any because I questioned the unfriendly UN knowledgeable moron of a managers motives, I can't for bunnings to start stocking pet products this month and ruin businesses like this that are run by halfwits who lie and chest their customers, I see other rabbits in there for $80 and can only imagine how many other suppliers they rip off on a daily basis. Bring on cheaper products and bunnings and use petcity across the road they are much more friendly

This is one of the best pet supply stores I have found in Mandurah area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable considering the times. My dog always feels welcomed.

I am setting up a new fish tank and was served by an extremely helpful girl by the name of Talia at the Mandurah store. She was so helpful and gave us lots of advise. I want to thank her for being so patient and helping a rank novice to set up my tank. Extremely happy with every purchase including 2 little goldfish who are very happy in there new tank.

0 stars. Worst pet shop owner ever and her priorities are all wrong. I have a 7kg+ murray cod and I needed some really big goldfish to feed her so decided on a tank full of $14 a pop goldfish and then got told by the owner sorry I can only sell you the tiny ones 3 to 4 cm to feed to your native fish that is 500mm long. So apparently goldfish are more important then Australian natives that once found themself on the critically endangered list.

Great pricing in comparison compared to other pet stores around Mandurah. Range is lacking brand and model wise. Staff friendly.

Very low stock of pig ears, no stock of Meals for Mutts at all. Yes we know stock comes from over east, order larger quantities instead of running out every 2 weeks.

They accept surendered fish,
The guy i spoke with had a good knowledge of the fish they sold,
The store is a bit pricy but ild prefer to give my Moby here safer than a store that didnt take proper care of the pets they keep/sell,
I am very pleased with the knowledge the guy had about fish in general not just the fish they stocked.

I had to surrender a much loved rainbow shark (Swim Shady) and the guy took everything i said about my shark onboard. He placed Shady in a seperate tank as he was to big to go with any1 else. I told the guy that he likes to hid and didnt like bn in a bear tank, the guy quickly found a nice plant that Shady could hide behind to make him feel better.

Very friendly staff i will b using this store to get any fish over some other pet stores in mandurah.

Great range of products and goods with good and friendly service. Dog wash and clips. Aquarium etc Something for every pet. #Nice that the fur babies are welcome too.

I went to get fish today, this lady cameron served me.firstly i told her she had not one but five dead fish in one tank and she responded with “i’ll get them tomorrow who cares” and shrugged which i found disgusting as i was pointing out DEAD fish.i simply asked if the betta fish would be okay with other fish (guppies and tetras). She responded with a shocked voice saying absolutely not and the betta would eat them all, which was fine.she told me she wouldn’t sell me fish if i was to put a betta with anything else.which i would normally agree with, people starting to build a tank now but i have had these fish together before and never had a problem.despite that, the lady at the front was wonderful.

I found the bird cages here to be the most expensive in the Mandurah area, $80 for a basic Budgie cage plus another $70 for it's stand is a bit excessive for some arranged metal wire.
Staff are friendly, you can take your dirty dog here to give it a wash.

Came to get a bag of chook food and the price was almost double compared to the stock feed place I usually get it from

RUDE STAFF. Was refused service even though I have a mask exemption. I wont be returning once the mandates have been lifted! I spend on average $2k a year here and have been coming here for the last 5 years. You can shove your business! Thankfully this was a blessing, I have since shopped around ONLINE AND FOUND CHEAPER PRODUCTS***********

Over compliant with mask mandates. Obvious political affiliation to the left. Staff will leave you feeling discriminated against. Will never shop hear again.

Some friendly staff, stock levels low on pork ears sometimes, meals for mutts stock levels low.
