This is a great store with friendly knowledgeable staff and they have do-it-yourself baths for your dog
Great variety of products however I noticed that their hermit crab and Betta fish enclosure was extremely subpar. I would hope that a petshop that advocates for proper care of animals would look after their own.
Took pup for a wash. $10 for 10 mins. Its great and easy to use. All supplies i.e shampoo, conditioner etc are supplied. Pup hated the cold blow dryer, wish it was a little warm.
Only thing i would recommend is to take your own thick towels for your pet.
Nice people and clean and well set up shop with all the pet supplies you could need. Also they price match pretty good for you.
Great pet store - no matter what pet you have, they have it covered. Staff are knowledgeable about their products & will even carry your purchase/s to your car.
Not exactly a warehouse but they do have a good selection of goods for almost any non-human companion.
The staff can help with questions about most common pets and are always interested to learn from veteran exotic pet owners.
They also offer a dog grooming service which appears to be popular.
Main downside is parking competes with a near full size bunnings right next door and people in the area struggle with that sort of thing.
Great range of products in the store, but costumer service could do with less arguing and more helping.
