I have been a customer of pet stock for many years, however because pet stock won't support Australia Day I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I will NOT recommend this company to anyone because of their unAustralian attitude.

A great shop with awesome products, but unfortunately the business was let down by some of their young staff on 26 February who were more interested in packing shelves than providing the requested support on product choices and very nonchalant in their attitude and answers. We went in to buy big and left without buying anything. As a buyer, look for the more mature staff for assistance on product choices as they are very knowledgeable and provide a great service.

Yesterday I went to Bunbury pet stock and the staff really have the best customer service, they always go the extra mile. They told my little girl if she finds the witch with a cat they would give her a treats bag, so of course she found it and the girls delivered! The staff need to be recognised for their service as not many places impress me with customer service these days but these girls are AMAZING and I’m always happy to return, Thankyou staff at pet stock.

Although the item I wanted was out of stock, Michelle helped me with my enquiries. Excellent customer service. Going the extra mile explaining products.

My dog Digger went in for grooming. He has LarPar and the environment is good because it's cool and low stress. Very good. Thanks

We were struggling with skin and general allergies. We were advised to try a single protein diet. Best advise, allergies have cleared up and our old boy literally looks like he has been given a second lease on life. The staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable.

Good range of products in store, could be better availability of staff in the store for question as I struggled to track anyone down. But overall a great spot for all your pet needs

Terrible service. Not a very good job. They have done patches on my puppy's furr.worst on that, while shaving his private they cut my puppy's balls. My puppy was bleeding for few days and did not eat and not feeling well.

Disgusted with the latest pricing for grooming. What was last year a $130 job to groom my cat has this year jumped to $514. NO! I did not proceed. The vet staff, who are and have always been very good, apparently have no control over pricing. Meanwhile, Harradines, a very good local vet, have quoted $200. Yes, this includes the anaesthetic.

At the Bunbury petstock vet today. First time. Lovely crew. An old Labrador has certain needs to be met and we have found a respectful, gentle and appropriate vet team who can help make Merlot last few years joyful and healthy.

The lady serving us was very polite and made us feel welcome. Shop has a large variety in dog and cat food but no so much in live fish and plants. Will definitely go back.

I usually head to pet stock when I need more stick insects for my pet collection. Many pet stocks house a range of spiny leaf insects, Goliath's and sometimes montieths. Service is always good and staff are friendly.

Our Mastador was fixed the other day and she's now bouncing around again.

Took my dog in for grooming appt at 230pm Sunday 17/11/2019. At approximately 350pm they rang to say my dog was sitting in the crate and wouldn't come out. Could I come down to help him out. So I said yes of course.
They also said during the call they gave him the bath and now he has an eye injury from hitting his head in the bath.
Didn't tell me how long they waited to call me.
Anyway went down there they said the vet was in emergency surgery so my dog couldn't be seen. Long story short they weren't even going to take pictures except at my insistence, they organised another vet that I had to drive my dog to in order to be seen, I asked for copies of the pictures and the incident report that they refused to write up there and then. They said they would email pictures, they never did. And once they heard by my account from the vet his eye would be OK after a week (no permanent damage) they said sorry over the phone. Who knows if they have actually recorded this on my dogs file at the petstock vet.
Do not take your dog here for a grooming appt. The previous groomer Tammy was brilliant.
I have absolutely no faith in the current staff to look after my dog there now. Clearly they had no idea how to handle an injury there if the vet was unavailable.
I have no idea how long my dog sat there while they panicked.
Take your dog somewhere else for grooming services!
