Just a quick thanks to petstock. Always really friendly staff. Was just served by a lovely young lady called Tiana. Super friendly and chatty. Great experience.

- Often get a bad vibe when going here.
- Always pestered to join their rewards program.
- Puppy training is terrible, it was more harmful than beneficial. You’ll get less socialising … more trying to sell products. Training takes place in the rear of store, in warehouse upon the concrete floor.

Spoke with Dylan regarding food for my dog. Was so knowledgeable and gave great advice. Amazing customer service.

Absolutely terrible grooming service my poor dog was left traumatised and from what I have hear many others have been too. DONT take your pets here

Great range of products.always willing to price match when possible.the ladies in grooming were incredible doing a nail clip for my very anxious dog.they made sure he was comfortable and left feeling much happier in himself.a lovely lady called jenna was especially helpful.she went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best products for my pups.will definitely be shopping here again

Every time I used their grooming service my dogs registration tags have gone missing or mixed up with another dogs tags. They usually get the job done.
However, today booked for full groom but came back to a dog only washed. Paid for bath and dry price but ears not clean and nails not clipped, because they were understaffed. You should at least have the courtesy of rescheduling appointments, completing the service provided before charging customers, or giving a discount for an incomplete service.

First time booking my greyhound in for grooming and i selected the wash and tidy. They were so kind and friendly with my anxious grey and i was impressed with the service and price. I have tried local mobile groomers and a shop near my home but none felt confident with my grey. I will definitely be back

Not a well stocked store. The girl who I spoke to said the things I wanted to buy were out the back in boxes and she would have to go and look but said she was too busy to do that. Then, she told me to pop across to Pet City where she said would have what I needed. Funnily enough, I did go there and I recognised 2 customers who were also at Pet Stock.spoke to both of them who said the Pet Stock staff couldn't help them because they were too busy.

Come on Pet Stock, it's almost Xmas and your store isn't well stocked because everything is still in boxes out the back. You staff are lazy too. Won't be back.

I would not recommend any loving pet owner to take their pet here. Unprofessional and rude staff. They do not put your pets needs first. One star is one too many! Go elsewhere.

I accidentally dropped a $50 note in store when I was at checkout and the employee didn’t tell me or notified me (it flew behind the counter) he just got nervous and took it.

Busy at opening time. Attended to by Tiane who had just started. Refreshing and so polite in her way to help us. Will be back.

Very good stock of pet food and basically every thing you need, from grooming pets and training school, plenty of abliaging helpful staff and their product are fresh and well displayed

No better place to shop, for your pets needs. The place offers many services, apart from sales. I observed an instore vet nurse, taking payment for one completed service, to getting details of a potential client and her dog. The store is well set out, the only negative thing is that, we weren't in the store for a longer amount of time.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The dog grooming was okay but not okay. There were little things we picked up on when we got the dogs home.

Got a fish. Seemed healthy and that is important. It shows staff know what they doing when it comes to maintaining good water.

Very helpful and passionate staff.my first visit I did not plan to buy, just went there for some advice and were very kind and helpful- so this will be my pet store moving forwards.

Not enough staff on I presume as it was busy, they had three on which I think is standard, same as city farmers. Had to ask for service about four times. Then had to wait again to pay.

We have just had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our beautiful Zoey who Dr Paul & all the wonderful staff at pet stock have been looking after her with us.we were on 1st name basis after a year of trying to get her epilepsy under control but unfortunately couldn’t thank you all for your lovely kindness and care for us, we are heartbroken we couldn’t have her with us for many more years & so is Loki
