Helpful staff, watch out for sales of feed and toys - however the reward system is more than worthwhile. 50/50 on purchases of fish as typical overcrowding

I conveniently come here as I live nearby. The staff are always lovely and I find they have a better range of pets. They even have stick insects, particularly Spiny Leaf Insects which I love to come look at. I also purchase all my terrariums here when on sale and I like looking at the chickens, rabbits and unusual options. Pet food is usually more expensive so I only buy here when there is a sale on.

I find the staff in here to be very friendly and helpful. I have had a few queries lately (e.g. Heart worming) and they have been more than happy to help - I feel as if they have gone the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming and friendly, pets allowed in store, staff love your pets as much as you do and let you browse the store with your pet with some of the amazing staff offering a treat here and there. One of the staff paid for a treat out of her own pocket for my dog.how nice was that. Made us feel special. Now we are loyal to the store

Dont think the staff know their products.i asked about worming my dogs and i got a very blank look. Lovely Greyhounds though.

Love the store, staff are always friendly and helpful and it's my 1 go to store for my animals at home.

Staff are lovely, great range of stock and you can bring you pup in! They have a dog wash station that is free on weekdays plus professional grooming services.

Staff and friendly clean shop with Reasonable fish prices tho No live plants available for sale.or cats available for adoption good they have homes. I did like the cat furniture overall very basic range, in a convient location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and as I browsed around the store at the pricing there was a lot of great value and I was asked if I needed assistance multiple times.
These guys loved pets as much as I do which was a fantastic sign

This place is good for getting all the bits and peaces for your fish tank but its not good if your looking fish like oscars or red devil fish

Went there earlier today. They have adoptions available for cats but unfortunately not for dogs (as I am allergic to cats). But apart from that, lovely place to get items for your friends that live with you or a family member. The staff are very friendly as well. They also have mice and other types of rodents available for your serpent friends. Also great for starting your first aquarium.

Bought all our fish here and they are going great, really amazing customer service, highly recommend.

It's okay, some staff are helpful but some are a bit standoffish. And it STINKS of dogs. Good range of products though and prices are fair.

I bought a bunch of guppy's from here and they died straight away and the lady say that my tank probably had guppy disease or bad water quality. I had just done a water change and if my tank had guppy disease the rest of my guppy's would but they didn't. They use chemicals to make the fish bright and colorful but they die often. But they hold good events like adopt a greyhound.
