Geoff provided ideas and rough planning concepts without needing us to commit with a deposit first. Despite all the disruption with Covid, difficult neighbours and bureaucratic council, Geoff managed to finish early and on budget including various upgrades to bathroom fittings, tiling and double glazed windows. He was also patient when our finance provider was delaying the process.

Although we had a signed contract amount, the vast amount of work was anticipated to be on a cost plus basis. The cost control was excellent, the variations were fairly priced and time management was most impressive.

In my instance, the work was alterations and additions spread over various parts of the house. As an Architect I know additions can be stressful for the client. In this case it was much less stressful than anticipated. Geoff programmed the works to minimise disruption, kept a clean site. He and his team ensured we were able to live in the house with minimal disruption and live a surprisingly normal life.

Geoff's management and his team are of a standard and integrity that I would be confident to work with them on a cost plus basis for a new dwelling.

We used Geoff from Petit Homes for our balcony extension and cannot recommend him highly enough. We were impressed by his professional and thorough approach and close attention to detail. Any little hiccups that arose during the process were corrected immediately. We are delighted with our new balcony.

Geoff built a two story garage/games room for us in Subiaco. The build went really well and we were very happy with the final result. Attention to detail was excellent and he made many suggestions that improved the building. Highly recommended.
