The food is top quality and great for my dogs, but my last interaction in store left me feeling quite upset and stressed. Considering I've had a standing fortnightly order for quite awhile, I am not sure why I was made to feel like I was at fault.

Excellent customer service, great variety of products and most important lots of treats. My puppy had so much fun thanks to Chris today… will see us for sure on regular basis.

Love this place! My puppers are treated like royalty when they visit to collect their supermix! The staff are always helpful and the dogs love the food and treatos!

I had a great first experience at Pet Fresh, the customer service is great and they take the time to explain their products. You can also order a custom mix for your dog if needed. They also cut the offal into 8 cubes for me as I have a small dog and don't go through offal very fast. Looking forward to future visits.
