As a DIY bathroom renovator it was great to be able to talk to Peter about what I needed to do to make sure getting a shower screen installed would be a hassle free experience. All through the process he kept me informed of what was happening and showed up when he said he was going to show up, which can be rare these days! The installation was quick and came out great, the time between ordering and installing was around 3 weeks which is pretty good since this was over Christmas/new years!

Great business to deal with and excellent finish of the product. I had glass wardrobe doors fitted in front of book case shelving to conceal the mess. The outcome was perfect, better than I thought. Ordered glass for shower screen took the sample of my requirements and said i will pay the $300 for just one side of glass (1.2m by 800mm) providing i can have it the next day lunch time. When i got there at lunchtime it wasn't done so i said i can wait its not a big deal. When i picked up the glass and went to fit i realised they had used a different frame, they installed the glass in a different frame which did not fit. So i came back and they gave me a piece of angle, when i attached the angle it was too big. I came the next day and told the lady and she said there are no workers and to come back on Monday, i went back on Monday still no workers. And no one to help except the same young person who couldn't help before

Had a very good experience today getting several pieces of glass cut and much cheaper than anywhere else.

From measurement and quoting to installation of our shower screen, everything was done with a minimum of fuss and on time. The workmanship in materials and installation was exceptionally good. Cleanup was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter's Glazing Service for a new shower screen supply and installation.

From start to finish (and a very quick turnaround) I was 100% impressed with Peters Glazing. My new wardrobe doors are beautiful and the services is second to none. Dont go anywhere else, these guys will have you sorted in no time!

Brad of Peters Glazing, would have to be one of the most totally useless & unprofessional tradies I have ever had the misfortune to come across. After requesting a quotation & some advice, Brad came out very promptly to measure up a job and said he would be back with a quote, but after waiting at least 2 weeks, there was no further response. It took a lot of work to chase him up and after a number of sms calls he final replied to say he was on holidays (didn't care, no apology and still no quote). After his return I still had to call his office a couple of times (and spoke to a rather uncaring receptionist) only to be told he now needs to call a Melbourne based supplier to see if certain parts were available. Brad seldom returns calls, does not follow up and after some eight weeks or more has still not come back with a written quote or an apology or any explanation or even simply a rejection of the original job offer. Just a big fat nothing. No response at all. (in fact from the day this review was posted, there has not been a reply to it from anyone within this company. Wow! Amazing!) Do not even bother to offer this company your work as they simply do not care. Not even worth a one star rating. A zero star rating would be more appropriate! But to be fair, the one star is simply for turning up initially just to inspect the job! How totally disappointing! Beats me how they stay in business! Buyer beware!

Have the pleasure of dealing with Peter himself for the quote and the installation. It’s hard to fault this company they are friendly and the communication is great. Highly recommended and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful as well.

Recently we had two bathrooms renovated, or a more apt description, rejuvenated. The ensuite shower recess was retiled with large sheets of porcelain and we required the same shower screen to be taken out and put back in after the tiling. Also, a new mirror to replace the old one was a request. The original bathroom, which was renovated several years ago, needed the existing shower screen to be taken out and a new modern one to replace it. We also wanted to change the old bathroom mirror for a new one. The changes we wanted done meant Peter’s Glazing had to work around us needing one bathroom we could always use.
Brad and his staff came on time, every time, didn’t leave a mess and were courteous and professional. We would recommend them to anyone requiring mirrors or shower screens.
