5Firstly after calling to confirm an item was in stock, I was greeted by a lovely bubbly lass who helped me out. Then on visiting the shop, the girls were lovely, chatty, helpful and service was great. 5 stars for the girls!
Nice store and selection, however staff is too pushy and keeps asking if need help every minute.
My daughter and her friend who purchase regularly from the store, kept getting dirty looks from staff and over heard the staff say to watch them, they're 14 so not a very pleasant thing to hear and being treated like criminals.
I also feel like I'm being watched when shopping there and not a pleasant experience.
I understand there's a lot of crime in the area and that shopping center, but you can't treat everyone like they're going to steal stuff.
Love this store! PA is my go-to pj shop and Gateways does not disappoint. Staff are friendly and stock levels always seem to be good compared to Carousel store.
Approx 5weeks ago purchased Peter Alexander PJ intact now top front seam the stitching has come away
I'm so disappoint and annoyed
So many styles and colour pjamas to choose from. Best thing is you can mix and match. Very friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed my shopping.
