Always great service and advice. They also price match! The sales team informed me of this and allowed me to price search on my phone, then matched all the lower prices I found! Definitely recommend spending a moment or two in front of the fish tanks and thoroughly searching any items you intend to buy and screenshotting the prices- I saves over $30 this visit!

Wasn’t any service in this store, had sale signs up everywhere, once scanned there was no discount after the checkout lady came to have a look all the items had 60% off including the one I took to the counter. She’s just went ‘oh wrong tag’ just pure laziness. The new pet barn on the highway is much better and have better deals

One stop shop for pet supplies. Staff were really helpful recommending a couple of different options for flea treatment.

Excellent shop for all things Pet related; the staff are courteous, informative and happy to provide opinion if asked. Happy to recommend.

Sarah from Midland Pet Barn was so lovely and helpful this afternoon. She assisted us throughout our shopping, gave us few tips and made our whole shopping experience wonderful. Absolutely give her a five star for her professionalism and excellent customer service.

Had my dogs groomed today, so happy with the service from the lovely ladies in the groomers and shop.

This place has everything you need for your four legged furry friends, as well as feathered and fishy friends. This is my favourite shop for buying bits n bobs for my furbaby.

More like a pet supermarket or pet food and accessories AND they do not sell pets, besides some fish. Staff were vague in assisting me with where I could adopt a rabbit which made me sad because I really want a pet rabbit

Expensive products which are predominantly sourced from low cost countries. The dog toys are largely poor quality (except Kong and Chuckit) and I struggle to take a business seriously that on one hand refuses to sell proper dog training equipment (for fear of poor public perception and a weird idealistic viewpoint) but persists with selling dangerous items like cheap rawhide chews made in Asia which can cause serious health issues in animals up to and including death.

I didn't go here in shoe so I wouldn't know what it's like inside I ordered catnip online for my cats, I'm gonna assume it was good because now they're asking me if i have needles?

We bought some fish a week ago there, the information given to us regarding whether certain fish can live together in same temp water was wrong for example we got 2 pearl danio, a gold fish and 2 catfish. We were told that the pearl danio can live in same temp water as all the others unfortunately the goldfish died because the water was to hot apparently they can live in water up to 23° (yes we are inexperienced but could have given us the correct information, we are trying) we have a black goldfish which we have had for 2 years and we noticed it was being attacked by the pearls they were eating the goldfish, usually our goldfish is out and about but for the last couple of days it was hiding, we separated them and called the store and was told thats normal due to a hierarchy just add more goldfish. Ok went to an aquarium store that specializes in fish and told them what we had and that we need more goldfish. It was then we were told we can't get more goldfish and then put the pearls back into the tank they will keep eating the goldfish plus they are tropical fish that need water temps at 26°. Lucky we went there and got the correct information otherwise that would have been more money down the drain we were basically just feeding our goldfish to the pearls. Not impressed petbarn, just because we are not familiar to fish doesn't mean you can give us wrong info so we have to keep buying fish will not be going back!

Brought my puppy in for her first grooming experience the groomer was so great and friendly with her, she did a great job. My puppy is so soft:)

I have been shopping at Petbarn Midland since my dog (Harry) was a puppy, I would not go to another pet shop as the help I have received has been fantastic
The groomers at Petbarn Midland are great! Harry loves going for a bath or a full groom, I would not take him anywhere else

Odd attitude in selling my daughter a fighting fish for her 5th nirthday refused to sell due to he didn't believe it was going to good home formal complaint pending.

Good range of items but their offers are a bit weird. Signage said buy one get one half price on grooming accessories, it didn't scan as that. They said it's only if you buy two of the same - like we want two of the same brushes. Eventually they gave it to us.

Went in looking for a cat Saturday 4.00pm. Found one, told them I wanted to purchase it. Was told it had only arrived today and would like it to settle for 24 hours before moving it on. Need to do adoption papers etc. Have adopted from Cat Haven previously. Was told to come back tomorrow with cage etc. Got the impression the sales person didn't want to sell the cat to me as I mentioned I let my cats outside and feed them whiskas. Was frowned upon for this. Went back on Sunday and was told the cat had been sold to someone that met all the criteria. Had one upset son with me then. Was told we don't keep pets for you to come back and collect. Will not be going back here.

As with any pet barn, pretty good selection of products, spacious, dog friendly - this pet barn is no different to the rest. Just beware that they charge a small fortune (like most large pet store chains) - if you can get the same product elsewhere it'll likely be cheaper.
