Not too bad considering my dogs attitude to being handled.

My dog Boston had a haircut today and I'm so happy. He looks adorable. The staff are really friendly and they did such a good job. I'm one very happy customer

I have no idea what membership to Petbarn actually gets you besides an sms every Saturday telling you about all the discounts. Have never received a discount on anything I've ever purchased, seems pretty pointless. Range is good and staff are great but prices are highest around.

Ok, so - Pet barn is expensive - but the staff at this store are absolute angels. They know their stuff and genuinely want to help you find what it is you need for your pet. Their stock is whack and they never seem to have exactly what I need on the shelves, but they go above and beyond to help find something in lieu.

I'm a member and have accumulated so many points I rarely buy stuff in full price! Amazing service by the girls (and guys!). I come here every fortnight and have never been disappointed before! Thanks so much you guys!

Kaycee is an amazing staff member who has always been so helpful with all my pet needs and enquiries. Staff in general do amazing despite how busy the store usually is.

We purchased a small dog harness and wanted to exchange it for the next size up. We lost the original receipt but produced the credit card transaction. Pet Barn couldn't be bothered to look up the the details on their accounting software. They refused the exchange. This is very poor form. We wont be shopping at the store again and recommending to friends to shop elsewhere.

Not the best place to buy products for your pet needs.

A product I was looking for wasn't available. A member of the staff suggested an alternative and showed me where to find it. She also explained that, if my pets didn't like the product, I can return it for refund.

My nearly 1 yr old maltese was severely matted due to lack of grooming as I have been very unwell. The groomer made a nasty cut on Charlie's hind leg. He has been quite timid after the experience and not like his usual self.

Staff were super informative (re fish) and spent a decent amount of time and made sure we understood everything. This was on more than one occasion too

Friendly helpful staff and a wide selection of quality products. Definitely worth a visit when after something special for your Furr-family

The young gentleman at the counter was the best worker in the shop, he didn't know everything but he did everything he could to help me out. He was one of the most polite employees.

A nice shop with everything you need but some of the prices of the items they have is up to three times more expensive than other pet shops. I suggest you shop around.

Service was horrible, no one at the tills and no workers to be found.went up to look at the dog wash bays and the facility was dirty, hairy and very unhygienic.
Looked around the groomers area, helpful workers there, but very busy, noisier area with dogs running everywhere and the workers looked miserable and tired, fur everywhere and very messy computer station.wouldnt recommend

Went into petbarn on Saturday lazy staff and messy store. Dog urine all over the store but nobody was cleaning the urine even though workers were not doing anything.

I love this shop, always friendly staff very willing to help. My dog loves to go there and we always grab some treats for the way home. They have a 15% discount on dog food for your monthly purchases if you are a member and you can even get a free bath in the DIY doggy bath which has the best dog shampoo and conditioner.
