Would not go back here again. Had a work function that evening so was having my hair done especially for it. I booked in for 11am and was seated but was not even seen until 12pm and then I sat in the chair while they tried to figure out which colour matched the exact product colour details my previous hairdresser had given me which told them the brand, product number.everything for the blonde I like in my hair and the toner which is used.

The foils took forever - hours - and while they were still trying to straighten my hair at 4.30pm I told them to just finish up because I had to leave as I had a makeup appointment to go to.

5 and a 1/2 hours later the colour was muddy brown not blonde, I was so upset with how my hair looked but I didn't have time and didn't want to waste more time for them to try and make it right.so I just had to deal with it because I was in a rush to get to my next appointment before my function. Would not recommend at all!

I can't thank Peta and Jordan enough for rescuing me and my curling nightmare for the school musical production. My hair looked amazing every night of the musical and it saved my relationship with my Mum.

Love this place, so relaxed and friendly. Jordan is excellent at foils and a talented cutter, don't think I would go anywhere else now. Thanks for the Netflix rundown too.

I want that 5 hours of my life back! I wanted a full head of foils, cut and blow dry, granted I have thick hair I knew it would take time but 5 HOURS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! It would have been longer but I said don’t worry about the blow dry as I physically could not sit there for another second of my valuable time! It’s the first time I’ve had my hair done in a year as I have 3 small children so it was meant to be a big treat and I was so excited about it looking nice with the blow dry for the next few days and a Xmas party, but it wasn’t to be. I went there as there was only good reviews online so I’m writing this so no other poor sole wastes countless hours of their valuable time! I’ve been generous giving two stars as I am happy with the resultant colour and the hairdresser himself was easy to talk to and polite. But his tardiness and failure to have any sense of urgency or time management skills leave a lot to be desired! He even bragged at one point how ‘he doesn’t get stressed’. Well maybe he should! He left my hair halfway through to attend to other booked appointments and completed their whole hair whilst I just sat there helplessly with a half head of foils I’m. Oh except of course for the poor lady who came in with a booked appointment and was asked to come back later as she wasn’t doing anything else that day and he’d forgotten to write it in the book! I think even she was dismayed when she returned and I was still sitting there half done some mere 4+hrs later. Even then she wasn’t attended to and left disgruntled. Safe to say I will not be returning!

I can really recommend this salon. The owners are absolutely lovely and a great team who really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Jordan always does a great job of my hair. I had a ballayage this weekend and it was so well blended I was very pleased. He even masters a rare skill in my experience with salons.

Went for the hair styling and makeup session advertised on Groupon. Kudos to Jordan who did a great job with the makeup. He was absolutely attentive to the styles and colours I wanted and he made every effort to please. My hair was wonderfully managed by both Jordan and Cayleb. Good job. I was treated as well as a full paying customer. Great service. Highly recommended salon.

I have never had a better hair colour + foils. All the staff were lovely and Jordan was my stylist who helped me make all the right decisions with my hair. Highly recommended! Left feeling fabulous!

This was definitely the worst hair experience ever! I spent 4 hours and half in this saloon and end up with something that I didn’t even want it. The "best" part was when a senior stylist cut my hair whilst dry. Very disappointing and highly annoying.
I would suggest to give this scoopon to your worst enemy. Don't go there! Very incompetent and unprofessional hair studio

Wonderful job. They work as a team, one person is best at washing hair, another cutting, a third one - drying and styling.
So if you won't get one person throughout your appointment don't be alarmed. They perform a great job with your hair. After my visit, I could not stop touching my hair, as they felt so soft, light and healthy. The way my hair looked - I felt like it was not mine. So good, so beautiful.
Also they sell good quality products that are worth the price, and Peta is just amazing, as is the rest of the guys and girls there. Go and have that amazing experience of transformation!)

I have recently been to Peta to restyle my hair after going to the same hairdresser for 35 years, and I can say that Peta will now be my new hairdresser. The treatment I received was amazing, beautiful massage and amazing restyle, everybody was so lovely and friendly and I walked out feeling like a complete dofferent woman and a million dollars. Unexpected and random visit, but these guys have amazing cutting talent. Simply impressed and will visit again.

I can highly recommend this hair studio, Peta is a very professional and experienced hair stylist and her son Jordon is just a cool person and a great hairdresser. Between them they make a awesome team.
