Don't dare park out the front of their shop if you have a long vehicle and can't fit in the parking across the road when you take your 7 kids worth of washing to the laundromat. APPARENTLY THEY OWN THE STREET AND CAN TELL YOU WHERE TO PARK! Claimed I was blocking their drive way I was NOT! Was completely in between both driveways. If people couldn't get in to the driveways they shouldn't be driving.

Excellent service, my dog has a lot of allergies and nothing is to much trouble. Food is of the highest quality and great value. I would recommend Pet Fresh Bellevue to all dog owners. The staff will go above and beyond to cater to individual needs.

Walk in to check out new premises a couple of days after the move. What we want isn't there: - ("Don't worry, let me take your details, and when it is in in acouple of weeks, we'll call you. " Phone call happens. We rock up next time we're driving past, collect order and create next order. WooHoo! What more could a customer want? 5 stars from me.

Dog had really bad allergies to the duck & turkey grain free food.had to get an allergy shot, emailed them to let them know as there wasn't even a dent made in the bag to see if i could return/try something else (city farmers allows this), did not hear back from them. Also did not pick up the phone.

Love this place. Kris and Narelle are awesome. Great family owned business. Always very helpful and happy to go the extra mile to help you out and answer any questions you might have about raw feeding. Been coming here for years. Recomend to family and friends.all the time.

We were referred to them some time ago for our Raw Food needs for our 2 Boxers when we weren't happy with a previous supplier, and we are so thankful that we found these guys.
We recently had to start an elimination diet with 1 of our dogs, and the team made it such an easy process to change our bulk order, and even made special treats so our Allergy Boy doesn't miss out on treats too.

I love this place! Both my dogs can't wait for their food (after previously going off the brand they ate before) I get the bulk box which has a great selection of meat mixes and some natural treats. The delivery they offer is great too, I can't fault them.

A wide range of pet food but mainly gourmet style pet food, friendly helpful staff, but to expensive for a pensioners budget!

Good quality food for my pups since the start. My guy love this food and I love not having vet bills from feeding them processed rubbish. Keep doing what your doing guys. Thank you. Mr B

I’ve been ordering from petfresh for a while now.the service is immaculate and the food is fantastic! Even my picky eater happily devours every bite and I love that there are somany options and varieties to choose from. I feed my cat the same food and he loves it too, but he’s very spoilt so I need to change it up a lot for him to be happy one day a whole sardine, the next prey mix.
