I called first to ask about a pet rat. Was told "yes we have pet rats". I drive half an hour to the store only to be told "we only sell them in pairs and they are in quarantine".
Why was I not told this on the phone?
Great place if you would like to check out some animals with the kids, they have a sting ray.
Best store to get all of our pet needs for our cats, dog, fish and reptile. Staff are always friendly and keen for a chat with genuine interest
Bought 2 female guppies for tank cycling.got home and realized one of the fish was dying.put it in nursery tank and died after 1 day.now the second fish is doing wobbles (side to side) and looks like this will die soon too.looks like ill need to cycle the WHOLE TANK AGAIN!
I should have known there were issues here when i saw 6 tanks marked as NFS: (
have to say $15 for 2 female guppies is steep.by any standards.
Shop was awesome staff was awesome very helpful and friendly approached me after 2-3 minutes after being in store which was great as they gave me and my family some time and space to look around which i really appreciate
